【摘要】:在電子商務(wù)快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,為提升便利店信息化程度,擴(kuò)大便利店的經(jīng)營規(guī)模,必須將O2O模式與傳統(tǒng)便利店合理融合,根據(jù)顧客的實(shí)際需求,迎接市場的挑戰(zhàn)與沖擊。本文深入分析O2O模式的概念及其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從建設(shè)信息系統(tǒng)、改進(jìn)物流配送體系、設(shè)置經(jīng)營服務(wù)項(xiàng)目等方面闡述便利店O20模式體系的架構(gòu),從而為傳統(tǒng)便利店更好的發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the period of rapid development of electronic commerce, in order to enhance the information level of convenience stores and expand the management scale of convenience stores, we must integrate the O2O model with traditional convenience stores reasonably, according to the actual needs of customers. To meet the challenge and impact of the market, this paper deeply analyzes the concept and development status of O2O model, expounds the framework of O20 mode system of convenience store from the aspects of building information system, improving logistics distribution system, setting up business service items, etc. Thus lay a solid foundation for the better development of traditional convenience stores.
