面向鋼鐵行業(yè)的銷售物流管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,鋼鐵行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能過剩、盈利困難局面,鋼鐵企業(yè)采取各種措施實(shí)施降本增效,除了在壓縮生產(chǎn)成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和拓展銷售渠道方面做努力之外,還致力于傳統(tǒng)物流模式的改革,以期望在物流領(lǐng)域獲得更多的利潤。與發(fā)達(dá)國家成熟的物流系統(tǒng)相比,目前我國物流系統(tǒng)的信息化、自動化和智能化水平仍然較低,著手建設(shè)基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、移動技術(shù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展需要的新型物流管理及服務(wù)系統(tǒng)就變得尤為迫切。本論文從現(xiàn)實(shí)需求角度出發(fā),基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),重點(diǎn)對鋼鐵行業(yè)銷售物流管理系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu)做設(shè)計,對物流需求匹配、物流調(diào)度關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開展研究,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對現(xiàn)行銷售物流管理過程中流程繁雜、信息孤島、協(xié)作低效問題,從管理、技術(shù)、功能的視角進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總體方案設(shè)計,為系統(tǒng)平臺運(yùn)營提供制度和技術(shù)保障。針對物流運(yùn)輸過程中由于供需信息溝通不暢導(dǎo)致空車返程、車貨不匹配問題,建立基于個性化推薦技術(shù)的物流需求匹配模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)物流需求與運(yùn)能智能匹配;針對運(yùn)輸方案中客戶個性需求、運(yùn)輸成本期望和企業(yè)物流資源整體調(diào)配之間的沖突,建立基于多約束的調(diào)度模型和采用狄克斯拉求解算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化調(diào)度,解決物流資源配置與客戶個性需求最優(yōu)配置問題。最后,依托鞍鋼集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)建設(shè)項目,在銷售物流管理系統(tǒng)上對上述內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,并完成實(shí)現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證。通過系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)搭建一個物流管理服務(wù)平臺,為企業(yè)物流作業(yè)提供信息化、智能化、自動化平臺支撐,為物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的物流服務(wù)商、車輛司機(jī)、鋼鐵貿(mào)易商等各方提供業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同、信息共享、資源整合等平臺服務(wù),為企業(yè)培育一個多方共存互利的良好業(yè)態(tài)環(huán)境做支撐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the steel industry has excess capacity, profitability difficult situation, iron and steel enterprises to adopt various measures to implement the cost reduction, in addition to reduce production costs, make efforts to improve product quality and expand the sales channels, is also committed to the reform of traditional logistics mode, in order to get more profit in the logistics field. Compared with the logistics system in developed countries, China's logistics information system, automation and intelligent level is still low, started construction based on Internet technology, mobile technology, networking technology, so it is very urgent to meet the new logistics management and service system for enterprise development needs. This paper from the viewpoint of reality, based on Internet technology. Enterprise management focus on sales of iron and steel industry logistics management system, system architecture, functional architecture design, matching of logistics demand, logistics transfer Research of key technology, and design and implementation of the system. According to the current sales logistics management in the process of complex processes and information silos, collaboration efficiency, from management, technology, function of the perspective of the overall design of the system, providing system and technical support for the system platform for logistics and transport operations. In the process of supply and demand information poor communication leads to return empty, car goods does not match the problem, establish the matching model of personalized recommendation technology based on logistics demand, logistics demand, and capacity for the customer intelligence; the transportation project of individual needs, the conflict between the overall deployment of transportation cost expectations and logistics resources, establish a scheduling model based on multi constraint and by Dick pull algorithm, realize automatic scheduling, to solve the problem of optimal allocation of the individual needs of logistics resource allocation and customer. Finally, relying on the electric iron and Steel Group E-commerce construction project, the system design of the above contents in sales logistics management system, and complete the implementation and system verification. To build a logistics platform through the implementation of the system, to provide information for the enterprise, intelligent logistics, automation platform support for the logistics industry chain logistics service providers, the vehicle driver. Iron and steel traders and other parties to provide business collaboration, information sharing, resource integration service platform, foster a good environment of multi format mutual benefit as support for the enterprise.
