【摘要】：作為跨境電商的主要渠道,海外代購近年來取得了長足的發(fā)展。然而受限于稅制改革與物流發(fā)展的阻礙,海外代購正在面臨著多方面的沖擊�；诮�(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,文章通過闡述海外代購的興起與發(fā)展,窺視海外代購發(fā)展所面臨的種種問題,針對關(guān)稅征收、海外物流運(yùn)輸?shù)惹闆r提出規(guī)范海外代購市場發(fā)展、完善稅收法制與外匯監(jiān)管體系、強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險防范意識與維權(quán)意識等對策。
[Abstract]:As the main channel of cross-border e-commerce, overseas daigou has made great progress in recent years. However, limited by the obstacles of tax reform and logistics development, overseas daigou is facing a variety of impacts in the context of economic globalization. By expounding the rise and development of overseas daigou, this paper looks into the problems faced by the development of overseas daigou, and puts forward some suggestions on regulating the development of overseas daigou market, perfecting the tax legal system and foreign exchange supervision system, aiming at the situation of tariff collection and overseas logistics transportation, etc. Strengthen the awareness of risk prevention and rights awareness and other countermeasures.
