臨沂商城出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展策略分析

【摘要】:我國加入WTO以來,我國市場對外開放度越來越大。臨沂商城依靠其強(qiáng)大的商貿(mào)資源和物流體系,歷經(jīng)三十多年的改革和發(fā)展,成為了知名的現(xiàn)代化商品城,同時也帶動了臨沂市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,但是隨著信息時代和經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的變化,臨沂商城的發(fā)展進(jìn)入到了瓶頸期,需要進(jìn)行市場改革,獲取新一輪的蓬勃發(fā)展。出口貿(mào)易對一個地區(qū)和企業(yè)來說是非常重要的,可以為其生存和發(fā)展提供支持。以商城發(fā)展策略為視角,對臨沂商城做出整體分析與研究,對臨沂商城出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和矛盾進(jìn)行分析,在電子商務(wù)等新商業(yè)模式異軍突起和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新形勢下,深入研究傳統(tǒng)批發(fā)市場應(yīng)如何對市場沖擊、抓住機(jī)遇,提升自身競爭力和持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,對促進(jìn)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)抓住機(jī)遇,有效開拓國際市場,穩(wěn)定和擴(kuò)大外需,推進(jìn)開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,縮小區(qū)域差距,增強(qiáng)區(qū)域發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性有著重要的意義。本文主要研究中國臨沂商城發(fā)展的歷程和特點,對臨沂商城興起的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境資源進(jìn)行有效分析,同時對當(dāng)下臨沂商城的戰(zhàn)略定位展開分析?偨Y(jié)出臨沂商城5個特點,臨沂商城發(fā)展離不開政府的支持,拉動了臨沂市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,并促進(jìn)了外貿(mào)的發(fā)展;深入分析了臨沂商城對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在的問題:出口產(chǎn)品競爭力不高,資本和人才等高級生產(chǎn)要素短缺,經(jīng)營業(yè)戶規(guī)模散小、缺乏自主品牌、管理手段落后,上游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后、配套產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐不足,市場輻射范圍相對較小。通過SWOT分析臨沂商城出口貿(mào)易的新形勢,從而得出戰(zhàn)略定位和基本競爭戰(zhàn)略方向。提出當(dāng)前進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)臨沂市對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的對策:優(yōu)化出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)、大力引進(jìn)優(yōu)秀人才、完善金融服務(wù)、提供資金保障、利用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+外貿(mào)”模式、大力發(fā)展跨境電商、繼續(xù)實施市場多元化戰(zhàn)略、開辟多元化際貿(mào)易發(fā)展方式、加快實施招商引資戰(zhàn)略、政府統(tǒng)籌多方參與策略、要健全法規(guī),給予政策支持。
[Abstract]:Linyi Mall has become a famous modern commodity city after more than 30 years of reform and development, relying on its strong trade resources and logistics system. But with the change of the information age and the economic situation, the development of Linyi Mall has entered the bottleneck period, and needs to carry on the market reform. To obtain a new round of vigorous development. Export trade is very important to a region and enterprises, can provide support for its survival and development. Linyi Mall makes the overall analysis and research, analyzes the problems and contradictions in the development of Linyi Mall export trade, in the new business model such as e-commerce and economic development in the new situation. Deeply study the traditional wholesale market how to impact the market, seize the opportunity, improve their competitiveness and sustainable development ability, to promote the less developed regions to seize the opportunity, effectively open up the international market, stability and expansion of external demand. It is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrade of open economy, narrow the regional gap and enhance the coordination of regional development. This paper mainly studies the development process and characteristics of Linyi Mall in China. This paper analyzes the external environment and internal environmental resources of Linyi Mall, analyzes the strategic orientation of Linyi Mall, and summarizes five characteristics of Linyi Mall. The development of Linyi Mall can not be separated from the support of the government, which promotes the economic development of Linyi City and promotes the development of foreign trade. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development of foreign trade in Linyi Mall: the competitiveness of export products is not high, the capital and talent and other advanced factors of production are short, the scale of business households is small, the independent brand is lacking, and the management means are backward. The upstream industry development lags behind, the supporting industry is insufficient, and the market radiation range is relatively small. This paper analyzes the new situation of Linyi Mall's export trade through SWOT. Thus, the strategic orientation and basic competitive strategic direction are obtained. The countermeasures to further promote the development of foreign trade in Linyi are put forward: optimizing the structure of export commodities, introducing talents and improving financial services. We will provide financial support, make use of the "Internet foreign trade" model, vigorously develop cross-border e-commerce, continue to implement the market diversification strategy, open up diversified modes of development of international trade, and speed up the implementation of the strategy of attracting investment. The government co-ordinates the multi-party participation strategy, must perfect the law, gives the policy support.
