【摘要】:在未來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,緊跟時(shí)代步伐的肉類(lèi)企業(yè)將主導(dǎo)市場(chǎng)格局。肉食品行業(yè)雖然屬于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),但是隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平的提高以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起,這一傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)即將面臨著新的格局。肉食品行業(yè)發(fā)展前景廣闊,雙獅肉業(yè)有限公司在順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),有發(fā)展的契機(jī),也面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。肉食品是人民日常生活中必不可少的消費(fèi)品,肉食品行業(yè)是涉及到國(guó)計(jì)民生的重點(diǎn)行業(yè)。根據(jù)十三五規(guī)劃預(yù)測(cè),2020年我國(guó)肉類(lèi)需求總量將達(dá)到1億噸,《2016全球糧食政策報(bào)告》中指出我國(guó)人均肉類(lèi)消費(fèi)量約59公斤。吉林省在國(guó)內(nèi)即是生豬養(yǎng)殖大省,又是豬肉消耗大省!都质∈逡(guī)劃建議》指出“充分發(fā)揮自然條件好、特色資源豐富、人均耕地多、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)的優(yōu)勢(shì),加快農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)模化、機(jī)械化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)”,“創(chuàng)新消費(fèi)供給,鼓勵(lì)大型零售企業(yè)面向省內(nèi)外拓展業(yè)務(wù)、擴(kuò)大連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng),引進(jìn)知名大型商貿(mào)企業(yè)集團(tuán),支持發(fā)展電子商務(wù),促進(jìn)流通信息化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和集約化。培育消費(fèi)熱點(diǎn),擴(kuò)大移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息消費(fèi)”。因此,如何抓住發(fā)展機(jī)遇,是雙獅肉業(yè)有限公司目前面臨的前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。本文從吉林省雙獅肉業(yè)有限公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論構(gòu)成的理論分析框架為基礎(chǔ),利用文獻(xiàn)分析、PEST分析、五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型分析、SWOT分析等多種分析方法,對(duì)雙獅肉業(yè)有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)公司發(fā)展做出戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃并制定實(shí)施措施,進(jìn)一步為其它肉類(lèi)企業(yè)提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文一共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分時(shí)緒論,主要介紹本次選題的研究背景和意義及相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分主要是介紹吉林省雙獅肉業(yè)的行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及公司經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行情況,以及公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。第三部分是對(duì)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,包括公司所處的外部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)、市場(chǎng)變化趨勢(shì),第四部分是根據(jù)公司的內(nèi)外部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境及企業(yè)的自身特性,提出公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),制定公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,及具體的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展實(shí)施措施。第五部分是結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)了本文所闡述的雙獅肉業(yè)面臨的問(wèn)題和企業(yè)采取的針對(duì)性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In the future competition, meat enterprises will follow the pace of the times will dominate the market pattern. Although the meat industry belongs to the traditional industry, but with the development of the economy, the improvement of people's living standards and the rise of the Internet. This traditional industry is about to face a new pattern. The meat industry has a broad development prospects, Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd. in accordance with economic development, at the same time, there are opportunities for development. Meat is an indispensable consumer product in people's daily life. Meat industry is a key industry involving the national economy and the people's livelihood. According to the 13th Five-Year Plan forecast. In 2020, the total meat demand of China will reach 100 million tons, and the per capita meat consumption in China is about 59 kg in the Global Food Policy report 2016. Jilin Province is a big pig breeding province in China. This paper starts from the present operating situation of Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd in Jilin Province, based on the theoretical analysis framework of the development strategy theory. This paper studies the development strategy of Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd by using the methods of literature analysis, pest analysis and SWOT analysis. To make strategic planning for the development of the company and formulate implementation measures to further provide other meat enterprises with lessons to learn. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction. Mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic and the related theoretical basis. The second part is to introduce the status quo of the industry development and company management development of the double lion meat industry in Jilin Province. The third part is the analysis of the business environment of the company, including the external operating environment and market characteristics of the company. The market change trend, 4th part is according to the company's internal and external management environment and the enterprise's own characteristic, proposes the company's development strategy goal, formulates the company's development strategy plan. Part 5th is the conclusion part, which summarizes the problems faced by Shuangshi meat industry and the targeted development strategy adopted by enterprises.
