廣東五華縣“農(nóng)村淘寶”發(fā)展問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:近5年間,我國(guó)電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)在城市蓬勃發(fā)展,但在農(nóng)村方興未艾。國(guó)家、各級(jí)地方政府以及農(nóng)民大眾,紛紛把“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”和電子商務(wù)等現(xiàn)代科技手段作為拓寬農(nóng)民增收新渠道,有利于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維的電子商務(wù)合二為一、融為一體,持續(xù)累積二者的疊加效應(yīng),也有利于促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,更有利于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村一、二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)相互滲透、相互融合。農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)作為一項(xiàng)重要的民生工程,由于各地情況不一、模式各異以及效果不同,具體應(yīng)如何實(shí)施操作仍亟待研究。本論文以廣東五華縣“農(nóng)村淘寶”項(xiàng)目作為實(shí)證分析調(diào)查的對(duì)象,探析“農(nóng)村淘寶”對(duì)三農(nóng)產(chǎn)生的影響,指出五華這種山區(qū)縣域當(dāng)前“農(nóng)村淘寶”呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)的主要問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)亍稗r(nóng)村淘寶”發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及本文所討論的問(wèn)題提出針對(duì)性的政策建議。論文首先解釋供求彈性理論、信息不對(duì)稱理論、“農(nóng)村淘寶”等理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法和比較分析法對(duì)五華縣“農(nóng)村淘寶”發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,概述了該縣“農(nóng)村淘寶”存在發(fā)展規(guī)模偏小、產(chǎn)生效益差、缺乏專業(yè)人才、缺少品牌特色等問(wèn)題及原因。與此同時(shí),針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)其他地區(qū)“農(nóng)村淘寶”的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法基礎(chǔ)上,提出了若干對(duì)策建議,比如:通過(guò)加強(qiáng)宣傳推廣,提高認(rèn)知認(rèn)同程度;強(qiáng)化資金支撐,完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施;政府搭臺(tái)主導(dǎo),培養(yǎng)吸引激勵(lì)人才;完善產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,打造專屬品牌;成立中介組織,服務(wù)“農(nóng)村淘寶”。
[Abstract]:In the past five years, the e-commerce market in China has developed vigorously in cities, but in rural areas, local governments at all levels and farmers are in the ascendant. "Internet" and electronic commerce and other modern scientific and technological means have been used as a new channel to broaden farmers' income, which is conducive to the promotion of the rural real economy and Internet thinking. The continuous accumulation of the superposition effect of the two is also conducive to promoting the transformation of agricultural development mode, and more conducive to the promotion of rural primary, second and tertiary industries to infiltrate each other. Rural e-commerce as an important livelihood project, as a result of different local conditions, different models and different effects. How to implement the operation is still to be studied. This paper takes "rural Taobao" project in Wuhua county of Guangdong province as the object of empirical investigation to explore the impact of "rural Taobao" on agriculture, countryside and farmers. This paper points out the main problems of "rural Taobao" in the county area of Wuhua mountain area. And according to the development of local "rural Taobao" and the issues discussed in this paper, put forward targeted policy recommendations. Firstly, the paper explains the supply and demand elasticity theory, information asymmetry theory, "rural Taobao" and other theoretical basis. By using the method of literature research, field investigation and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the development status of "rural Taobao" in Wuhua county, and summarizes the existence of "rural Taobao" in Wuhua county, which has small scale of development and poor benefit. Lack of professional personnel, lack of brand characteristics and other problems and reasons. At the same time, in view of these problems, in reference to other areas in China "rural Taobao" on the basis of experience and practices, put forward a number of countermeasures and suggestions. For example: strengthen propaganda and promotion, improve the level of cognitive identity; Strengthen capital support and improve infrastructure; The government should set up a platform to lead the development of attracting and encouraging talents; Perfect the industrial system and create the exclusive brand; Set up intermediary organization, serve "rural Taobao".
