【摘要】：人類社會已經(jīng)進(jìn)入信息時代,現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展和應(yīng)用對社會產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪邪缪葜豢苫蛉钡闹匾巧�。京東是中國最大的自營式電子商務(wù)企業(yè),也是中國最大的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)之一,發(fā)展至今已具近二十年的歷史,京東的迅速崛起和發(fā)展是當(dāng)代中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的典型樣例,對其演化過程的個案研究有助于更好地了解當(dāng)代中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)及其發(fā)展。本文在分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的特性、界定演化與企業(yè)演化概念的基礎(chǔ)上,將京東的演化過程界定為京東及其企業(yè)系統(tǒng)隨著時間變化的過程,主要包括演化的時間性與演化過程中涉及到的各種相關(guān)因素的變化。本文以行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論(ANT)為基礎(chǔ),以邏輯演繹的方式來分析京東的演化過程。重點(diǎn)通過構(gòu)建京東演化過程的行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論分析框架,結(jié)合京東演化實(shí)際,對京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化進(jìn)行建構(gòu)和分析。轉(zhuǎn)譯是京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)的微觀機(jī)制,異議是京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)生演化的動力。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在ANT視角下,京東的演化過程是京東異質(zhì)行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成、發(fā)展與更新的過程,京東的演化過程被推演為三個隨時間演化的京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建構(gòu)過程。通過對三個京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的差異和聯(lián)系進(jìn)行比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動京東演化的關(guān)鍵行動者在行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)I、行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)II、行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)III中分別為首創(chuàng)者及其企業(yè)家精神;企業(yè)經(jīng)營者劉強(qiáng)東、投資者、倉儲物流系統(tǒng)、全品類產(chǎn)品、戰(zhàn)略、投資資金;企業(yè)家、行業(yè)合作伙伴、信息技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)體系、戰(zhàn)略、投資資金、企業(yè)文化。但是,京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建構(gòu)與運(yùn)作必須依賴于所有行動者的協(xié)同作用。同時,演化過程中的關(guān)鍵聯(lián)結(jié)為三個京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)譯過程中的強(qiáng)制通行點(diǎn)(OPP);此外,京東行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)作演化使網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)、外部的社會重構(gòu)。最后,本文通過企業(yè)生命周期理論初步驗(yàn)證行動者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論應(yīng)用于京東演化過程的有效性。
[Abstract]:The human society has entered the information age, the rapid development and application of modern information technology have a profound impact on the society, the Internet plays an important role in people's daily life. Jingdong is a proprietary e-commerce business Chinese largest, China is one of the largest Internet companies, has developed with a history of nearly twenty years, quickly the rise and development of the Jingdong is a typical example of contemporary development of China Internet enterprises, contribute to a better understanding of the contemporary China Internet enterprise and its development on the evolution process of case study. This paper analysis the characteristics of Internet enterprise, defines the conception of evolution and the evolution of the enterprise, the evolution process of Jingdong is defined as Jingdong and enterprises system in the process of change over time, including changes to the various factors and evolution in the In this paper. The actor network theory (ANT) based on the logical deduction method to analyze the evolution process of the Jingdong. The actor network theory building Jingdong evolution analysis framework, combined with the actual evolution of the evolution of Jingdong, the Jingdong of actor network construction and analysis. Translation is the microscopic mechanism of actor network construction of Jingdong. The objection is Jingdong actor network evolution power. This study found that, in view of ANT, the evolution of the Jingdong is the Jingdong formed heterogeneous actors of the network, the process of the development and update of the construction process of the evolution process of Jingdong is evaluated for the three time evolution of the Jingdong of actor network. By comparing and analyzing the difference of three a Jingdong of actor network and contact, found the key actors in the actor network evolution driven Jingdong I, actor network II, actor network III Were first and the entrepreneurial spirit; enterprise manager Liu Qiangdong, investors, warehousing and logistics system, the whole category of products, strategy, investment funds; entrepreneurs, industry partners, information technology, business system, strategy, investment funds, corporate culture. However, the synergistic effect of construction and operation of the Jingdong of actor network must rely on all actors at the same time, the key link in the evolution process of three Jingdong to actor network in the process of interpreting the mandatory access point (OPP); in addition, the Jingdong of actor network operation because of the evolution of network, the external social reconstruction. Finally, the validity of this through the enterprise life cycle theory preliminary verification of actor network theory is applied to the evolution process of Jingdong.
