【摘要】：隨著世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的進(jìn)程,網(wǎng)上交易特別是無線終端交易已經(jīng)逐漸主流化,展示出未來最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ纳虅?wù)模式生命力。由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在我國(guó)不斷蔓延,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶也在逐漸增多,電子商務(wù)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展也稱逐漸增長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)。遂川縣位于江西省西南邊陲,是兩省八縣的交界之處,是吉安市面積最大、人口最多的縣,也是國(guó)家新一輪扶貧開發(fā)工作重點(diǎn)縣。就目前而言,電子商務(wù)在遂川縣已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展,成為保持遂川縣發(fā)展的基石。而在當(dāng)今電子商務(wù)蓬勃發(fā)展的背景和趨勢(shì)中,電子商務(wù)在未來區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中將扮演越來越重要的角色,同時(shí)也是區(qū)域開拓新市場(chǎng)、找到新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)的新型方式,對(duì)于農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略影響就更加巨大。與此同時(shí),隨著全球信息化不斷的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)信息化模式已經(jīng)成為縣域戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的重要組成部分,成為擴(kuò)大縣域戰(zhàn)略作用范圍,加強(qiáng)縣域的管理模式,使縣域可以得到全面的經(jīng)濟(jì)提升功效。面對(duì)信息競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益嚴(yán)峻,我國(guó)各縣域都在廣泛地借鑒電子商務(wù)提升縣域戰(zhàn)略的理論,越來越重視對(duì)縣域信息化的研究。因此,如何開展縣域電子商務(wù)的可行性戰(zhàn)略提升,如何將其進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,這在縣域戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展中意義重大。其不僅有利于提高縣域的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,還可以在一定程度上幫助縣域走向城市化的發(fā)展道路。通過對(duì)縣域電子商務(wù)的解讀,以一種嶄新的思維方式重新思考縣域電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,達(dá)到可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的目的。為縣域的未來發(fā)展帶來的可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,這將使縣域保持可持續(xù)良性發(fā)展的基石。因此,本選題通過對(duì)遂川縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在當(dāng)今電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用潮流中取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn),展開探索,以求能描繪出一幅縣域電子商務(wù)發(fā)展模式的藍(lán)圖。解決遂川縣電子商務(wù)的各類問題,遂川縣電子商務(wù)信息化這一工作的全面性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world network, online transactions, especially wireless terminal transactions, have been gradually mainstreamed, showing the vitality of the most potential business model in the future. Because of the continuous spread of the Internet in China. Internet users are also gradually increasing, e-commerce development in China is also known as the state of gradual growth. Suichuan County is located in the southwest border of Jiangxi Province, is the junction of two provinces and eight counties, is the largest area of Ji'an City. The county with the largest population is also the key county in the new round of national poverty alleviation and development work. At present, e-commerce has gradually developed in Suichuan County. It has become the cornerstone of the development of Suichuan County, and in the background and trend of the vigorous development of e-commerce, e-commerce will play an increasingly important role in the future regional economic competition. At the same time, it is also a new way to open up new markets and find new economic growth points. At the same time, with the continuous development of global information technology, the strategic impact of rural e-commerce is even greater. E-commerce information mode has become an important part of the county strategic development, and has become an important part of expanding the scope of the county strategic role and strengthening the county management model. In the face of the increasingly severe information competition, all counties in our country are learning from the theory of e-commerce to promote the county strategy. More and more attention has been paid to the study of county informatization. Therefore, how to develop the county e-commerce feasibility strategy, how to apply it. This is of great significance in the development of county strategy. It is not only conducive to improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the county, but also to a certain extent to help the development of urbanization in the county. Through the interpretation of e-commerce in the county. Rethinking the development strategy of county electronic commerce in a new way of thinking to achieve the goal of sustainable and healthy development and bring considerable economic and social benefits for the future development of the county. This will make the county to maintain the foundation of sustainable and benign development. Therefore, this topic through the Suichuan County economic development in the current trend of e-commerce application experience, to explore. In order to be able to describe a county e-commerce development model blueprint, solve all kinds of problems of e-commerce in Suichuan County, the comprehensive development of e-commerce information in Suichuan County.
