【摘要】：財務(wù)管理對企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營起著非常重要的作用,而營運資金管理是財務(wù)管理中最核心的組成部分。我國目前,伴隨著全球化進程的加快,我國企業(yè)承受著越來越大的競爭壓力,企業(yè)為了保持日常的正常運營,提升自己的核心競爭力,越來越多的管理層開始注重于自身公司營運資金的管理,營運資金管理的重要性日益凸顯出來�，F(xiàn)在看來,它有著廣泛的用途:它是以企業(yè)信息披露會計信息為依據(jù),對企業(yè)特定日期的應(yīng)收賬款、預(yù)付賬款、存貨、貨幣資金等財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進行計算分析、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、改善不足,這樣做,不僅可以預(yù)測企業(yè)營運資金未來發(fā)展的動向和趨勢,也可以對管理決策層起著指導(dǎo)意義。因此,營運資金管理的研究不僅給我國企業(yè)如何做大、如何做強的研究與探索有所推動,而且為中國企業(yè)更好的走出國門提供了強有力的科學(xué)規(guī)范性的指導(dǎo)和綜合性的理論依據(jù)。本人首先通過介紹近些年來的海內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究出的最新的營運資金理論,對營運資金的概念、內(nèi)容以及特征進行論述,同時,本人也介紹了相關(guān)TN公司所屬的旅游電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的營運資金的運轉(zhuǎn)特征。其次,本人以TN公司為例,從財務(wù)角度對于TN公司的營運資金進行詳細的分析,通過分析找出TN公司在目前營運資金管理過程中所暴露的問題。再者,針對分析出的TN公司所暴露的營運資金相關(guān)問題,從TN公司內(nèi)部出發(fā),對于TN公司所暴露出的營運資金管理上的相關(guān)問題成因進行深層次的挖掘分析。最后,針對于TN公司所暴露出的相關(guān)營運資金的管理問題提出合理性的有效措施。本人通過建立相關(guān)營運資金分析模型,對于TN公司進行分析,得出了TN公司在營運資金管理上存在著營運資金風(fēng)險相對較高、營運資金使用效率較低、營運資金成本管理相對松散、營運資金結(jié)構(gòu)不合理以及相關(guān)其他問題。于此同時,本人通過研究旅游電子商務(wù)行業(yè)內(nèi)的公司營運資金管理狀況,希望從中尋找出一種共性的分析模式,進而推廣到目前國內(nèi)現(xiàn)行的各家旅游電子商務(wù)公司中去。
[Abstract]:Financial management plays a very important role in the daily operation of enterprises, and working capital management is the core component of financial management. In order to maintain the normal operation and improve their core competitiveness, more and more managers begin to pay attention to the management of their own working capital. The importance of working capital management is becoming increasingly prominent. Now, it has a wide range of uses: it is based on the disclosure of enterprise information accounting information, the enterprise on a specific date accounts receivable, prepaid accounts, inventory. Financial data, such as monetary funds, are calculated and analyzed to find problems and improve the situation. In doing so, we can not only predict the trends and trends of the future development of the working capital of enterprises. Therefore, the research of working capital management not only gives our country enterprise how to make big, how to do strong research and exploration has some impetus. Moreover, it provides strong scientific and normative guidance and comprehensive theoretical basis for Chinese enterprises to go abroad. Firstly, I introduce the latest working capital theory developed by scholars at home and abroad in recent years. . The concept, content and characteristics of working capital are discussed. At the same time, I also introduce the operating characteristics of working capital in the field of tourism electronic commerce belonging to TN company. Secondly, I take TN company as an example. From the financial point of view, the working capital of TN company is analyzed in detail to find out the problems that TN company has exposed in the process of working capital management. In view of the working capital related problems exposed by TN Company, this paper starts from inside TN Company. For TN company exposed on the working capital management of the causes of the causes of deep-seated mining. Finally. In view of TN company exposed the related working capital management problem proposed the reasonable effective measure. I through establishes the correlation working capital analysis model, carries on the analysis to the TN company. It is concluded that TN company has relatively high risk of working capital, low efficiency of using working capital and loose management of working capital cost in the management of working capital. Working capital structure is unreasonable and other related problems. At the same time, I hope to find a common analysis model by studying the working capital management situation of the company in the tourism electronic commerce industry. And then spread to the current domestic tourism e-commerce companies to go.
