【摘要】："淘寶村"作為一種互聯(lián)網(wǎng)草根創(chuàng)業(yè)推動的包容性經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)象,正受到國家乃至世界的關(guān)注。"淘寶村"的產(chǎn)業(yè),用短短的幾年時間就走完了傳統(tǒng)上需要上百年才能走完的產(chǎn)業(yè)歷程。本文基于對全國20個"淘寶村"的實地調(diào)研和大量二手資料,從經(jīng)濟(jì)演化理論視角對其產(chǎn)業(yè)演化進(jìn)行解讀,剖析其產(chǎn)業(yè)演化規(guī)律。"淘寶村"之所以具有旺盛的生命力,源于其自組織性、變異徹底性和弱路徑依賴性,其實質(zhì)是通過農(nóng)戶電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè),以"點(diǎn)"(商業(yè)模式)的創(chuàng)新及裂變復(fù)制帶動"面"(區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè))的發(fā)展所引發(fā)的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的變革。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新交替升級,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的"雙網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)",以及網(wǎng)商競爭與合作分別構(gòu)成了"淘寶村"產(chǎn)業(yè)演化的遺傳、變異與選擇機(jī)制。企業(yè)家精神是"淘寶村"產(chǎn)業(yè)演化的內(nèi)生動力。"淘寶村"的產(chǎn)業(yè)演化一般經(jīng)歷了萌芽、裂變式成長和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式發(fā)展三個階段。政府在推動農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展過程中,關(guān)鍵是要充分降低農(nóng)村電商創(chuàng)業(yè)的交易成本和學(xué)習(xí)成本,以做好公共服務(wù)、優(yōu)化農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展環(huán)境為基本任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:"Taobao Village" as a kind of Internet grassroots promotion of inclusive economic development phenomenon, is being concerned by the country and even the world. "Taobao Village" industry. It takes a few years to complete the traditional industry process that takes hundreds of years to complete. This paper is based on the field research and a large number of second-hand materials on 20 "Taobao villages" in China. From the angle of economic evolution theory, this paper analyzes the law of industrial evolution. The reason why Taobao Village has strong vitality comes from its self-organization, thoroughness of variation and weak path dependence. Its essence is to start a business through farmer's electronic commerce. The innovation of "dot" (business model) and its fission copy will lead to the change of production relations caused by the development of "facet" (regional industry). Technological innovation and business model innovation will be upgraded alternately. The entrepreneur's "double net study", as well as the network merchant competition and the cooperation separately constituted "Taobao village" the industry evolution heredity. Variation and selection mechanism. Entrepreneurship is the endogenous driving force of the industrial evolution of "Taobao Village", and the industrial evolution of "Taobao Village" has generally experienced the germination. Three stages of fission growth and industrial cluster development. In the process of promoting the development of rural e-commerce, the key is to fully reduce the transaction cost and learning cost of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship in order to do a good job of public services.
