【摘要】:電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)誕生至今,,經(jīng)過(guò)技術(shù)與觀念的不斷創(chuàng)新,已經(jīng)深入人心,成為重要的交易手段。而國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)自改革開放以來(lái),在我國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中一直扮演著重要角色,其主要職能也從最初的協(xié)助貿(mào)易雙方完成貨物的運(yùn)輸,逐漸演變?yōu)榻鉀Q伴隨運(yùn)輸而產(chǎn)生的貿(mào)易、支付、保險(xiǎn)、分撥等相關(guān)工作咨詢性質(zhì)的服務(wù)工作。國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)平臺(tái)代理商由于業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)與電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)有相通之處,由此提出將電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)引入國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)的設(shè)想,本文圍繞此設(shè)想來(lái)進(jìn)行分析研究。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)發(fā)展歷程的回顧,捋清了電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)發(fā)展的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),主要特征以及目前成功運(yùn)行的電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)模式。然后,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)以S企業(yè)為代表的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)的深入剖析,得出國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)的主要優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展方向。進(jìn)一步,論文重點(diǎn)基于SWOT方法探討了將電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)模式引入國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)的策略并進(jìn)行了比較分析。尤其是,在技術(shù)、管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)三個(gè)層面上對(duì)兩者的結(jié)合進(jìn)行了可行性研究,且對(duì)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)關(guān)注的核心問(wèn)題,即將電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)與國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)結(jié)合時(shí)的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究探討。最后,得出將電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)引入國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)存在的可能性及其可能存在的挑戰(zhàn)。通過(guò)本論文的研究,對(duì)將電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)模式引入S企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行探索,從中得出的策略分析結(jié)果可以促進(jìn)該企業(yè)改變經(jīng)營(yíng)觀念,提升和優(yōu)化工作效率。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of e-commerce platform, through continuous innovation, technology and concept has been popular, has become an important means of trading. And the international freight forwarding industry since the reform and opening up in China's import and export trade has played an important role, its main function is from the beginning to assist trade both sides to complete the transport of goods, gradually evolved in order to solve the resulting transport trade, payment, insurance, distribution and other related work advisory services. International freight forwarding enterprise platform agents due to business characteristics and e-commerce platform is communicated, puts forward ideas of e-commerce platform to introduce the international freight forwarding industry, this paper focuses on the analysis of this idea.
This paper firstly reviews the development of e-commerce platform, clear the important node development of e-commerce platform, the main characteristics and present the successful operation of the electronic commerce platform. Then, through the analysis in-depth on S enterprises as the representative of the international freight forwarding industry, the main advantages and disadvantages and the development direction of the international freight forwarders industry. Further, the paper discusses the method based on the SWOT model of e-commerce platform for the introduction of the international freight forwarding industry and strategy are analyzed. Especially, in the three aspects of technology, management, economy of the combination of feasibility study, and to the international freight forwarding industry focus on the core problem, will the electronic commerce platform and the international freight forwarding industry with difficulty problem was studied. Finally, the e-commerce platform for the introduction of international freight The possibility of agents exist and challenges may exist. Through the research of this paper, the model of e-commerce platform will introduce S mode of operation of the enterprise to explore the strategy analysis results from it can promote the enterprises to change the management idea, improve and optimize the work efficiency.
