【摘要】：2015年6月國務(wù)院辦公廳《關(guān)于促進(jìn)跨境電子商務(wù)健康快速發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》提出支持跨境電子商務(wù)快速發(fā)展,用"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+外貿(mào)"實現(xiàn)優(yōu)進(jìn)優(yōu)出,促進(jìn)企業(yè)和外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。本文從海西州跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀入手,分析制約我州跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的主要瓶頸,提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In June 2015 , the General Office of the State Council issued guidance on promoting the healthy and rapid development of cross - border e - commerce , and put forward to support the rapid development of cross - border e - commerce and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and foreign trade by means of " Internet + foreign trade " . This paper starts with the current situation of cross - border e - commerce development in the state , analyzes the main bottlenecks that restrict the development of cross - border e - commerce in state , and puts forward some suggestions .
