【摘要】：目的:通過分析在線醫(yī)療社區(qū)開展服務(wù)的模式及向線下的轉(zhuǎn)化情況,提出在線醫(yī)療服務(wù)與傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)融合中存在的問題和政策建議。方法:抓取好大夫在線平臺(tái)上開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)咨詢、電話咨詢、預(yù)約轉(zhuǎn)診等方面的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果:好大夫在線平臺(tái)上網(wǎng)絡(luò)咨詢兩周回復(fù)次數(shù)平均14次,總回復(fù)次數(shù)平均418次,電話咨詢率0.08%,預(yù)約轉(zhuǎn)診率2.96%。結(jié)論:在線醫(yī)療社區(qū)較電子商務(wù)的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)化率較低,電話咨詢的推薦熱度較滿意度對(duì)患者更有指導(dǎo)意義,在線醫(yī)療社區(qū)仍存在提供服務(wù)模式單一、盈利模式不清晰等問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the analysis of the online community medical service mode and to the transformation of the line, the online medical services and traditional medical services integration issues and policy recommendations in existence. Methods: to carry out network consulting, grasp the good doctor online platform telephone consultation, appointment referral and other aspects of the data for empirical analysis. Results answer: the good doctor online platform network consulting for two weeks on average 14 times, the total number of 418 times the average recovery rate of 0.08%, telephone consultation, booking the referral rate was 2.96%. conclusion: the medical community is online e-commerce service conversion rate is low, the heat is recommended telephone consultation satisfaction on patients with more guidance, online medical community there is still a single service model, profit model is not clear.
