【摘要】：電子商務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與監(jiān)管是電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性和關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題,是矛盾的兩個(gè)方面。電子商務(wù)的正常開展離不開政府及政府為企業(yè)所營(yíng)造的適應(yīng)于電子商務(wù)開展的相關(guān)環(huán)境。特別是象在中國(guó)這樣一個(gè)由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)渡時(shí)期的國(guó)家中,政府在商務(wù)活動(dòng)中的作用不可或缺,政府搭臺(tái)、企業(yè)唱戲這種模式在我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段仍然是實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)目的的重要途徑。文章針對(duì)電子商務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題,以臺(tái)州地區(qū)為例,概述了電子商務(wù)發(fā)展概況與趨勢(shì),突破單純技術(shù)層面的探討,從維護(hù)公正公平的市場(chǎng)秩序的角度出發(fā),對(duì)電子商務(wù)交易雙方的存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行多角度研究,進(jìn)而提出了較有針對(duì)性的監(jiān)管對(duì)策,促進(jìn)電子商務(wù)監(jiān)管機(jī)制的重構(gòu),以維護(hù)公正公平的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序。
[Abstract]:The risk and supervision of electronic commerce is a basic and key issue in the development of electronic commerce. The normal development of electronic commerce can not be separated from the government and the government for enterprises to adapt to the relevant environment for the development of electronic commerce. Especially in China such a planned economy to the market economy. In the countries of the crossing period. The role of government in business activities is indispensable, the government set up stage, enterprise singing this mode in our country at the present stage is still an important way to achieve economic objectives. Taking Taizhou as an example, this paper summarizes the general situation and trend of electronic commerce development, breaks through the discussion of pure technology, and starts from the angle of maintaining fair and equitable market order. This paper makes a multi-angle study on the risks existing in both sides of e-commerce transactions, and then puts forward more targeted regulatory countermeasures to promote the reconstruction of the supervision mechanism of electronic commerce in order to maintain a fair and equitable network economic order.
