武漢臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:At present, the pace of economic integration has obviously accelerated. The efficient network development makes the time factor become the main symbol of the modern business development, and has a profound influence on the change of the industry rules. These rules change at the same time, also make the modern commercial civilization to obtain the very big progress. Due to the rapid development of airport aviation, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, so it has become an important driving force in modern times. As a national 4E airport, Wuhan Tianhe Airport, by virtue of its unique land advantages, forms a characteristic mode of economic development on the air, giving full play to the important role of the largest hub airport in Central China. This paper mainly analyzes the development mode of Wuhan's near-air economy, on the basis of which, it makes a deep research on the industrial layout and spatial structure of the near-air economy. On the basis of in-depth study of successful cases at home and abroad, combined with the history and current situation of Wuhan's industrial development, the rational layout of the industrial district and the construction of the airport area in the kernel region are the basis for the development of the near-air economy, and then in its periphery. Layout according to its importance; Then, the paper puts forward the new plan of building the characteristic key industry and realizing the reasonable space layout. Finally, the related countermeasures are studied. By studying the current economic model, this paper puts forward the strategic plan for the future development of Wuhan's near-air economy. Speed up the deep integration of inter-regional industries, optimize the industrial structure, perfect the urban planning and layout, build livable cities, and promote the leap-forward development of Wuhan regional economy. The main content of this paper includes seven parts. The first part, the introduction part. This part briefly summarizes the research background and significance of the paper, and gives a brief review of the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the research methods and the basic content framework of the paper are put forward. The related theories involved in the paper are introduced in detail, which lays the foundation for the research of the industrial layout and function orientation of the next chapter. The third part, the introduction of foreign air economy model. Through the comparison of the early Shannon model, Japan, the United States and other developed countries on-air economic development model, and summarized. On this basis, provides the corresponding reference and enlightenment. For the future development and improvement of Wuhan air economy put forward a preliminary plan. In the fourth part, from the analysis of the specific situation of Wuhan, the advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan should be discussed in detail. Wuhan should give full play to its advantages and disadvantages, make up its deficiency, and have a long-term development vision. Finally, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the problems existing in the development of air-facing economic zone. The fifth part is the strategic layout of the air economy. Mainly from the strategic objectives, spatial distribution, industrial model three aspects; the sixth part is the study of countermeasures. According to the results of the SWOT analysis and the research of the strategy, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, and the seventh part, the conclusion and prospect. A brief summary and the research contents of the article are given, and the corresponding conclusions are summarized.
