【摘要】：當(dāng)前,經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的節(jié)奏明顯加快。高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展,使得時間因素成為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)發(fā)展的主要標(biāo)志,對行業(yè)規(guī)則的改變產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。這些規(guī)則改變的同時,也使得現(xiàn)代商業(yè)文明取得了很大的進(jìn)步。由于機(jī)場航空的發(fā)展速度加快,使得競爭日益激烈,因而成為了現(xiàn)代的重要的推動力量。作為一家國家4E機(jī)場,武漢天河機(jī)場憑借著其獨特的地優(yōu)勢,形成特色的臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,充分地發(fā)揮著華中地區(qū)最大樞紐機(jī)場的重要作用。本文主要對武漢臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入的研究。在深入研究國內(nèi)外成功案例的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合武漢市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀,對產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)合理布局,在內(nèi)核地區(qū)建設(shè)空港區(qū),這是發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),然后在其外圍,依照其重要程度進(jìn)行布局;然后,提出打造特色重點產(chǎn)業(yè),實現(xiàn)合理空間布局的新規(guī)劃。最后,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的對策研究。本文通過研究臨空當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,提出了未來武漢臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。加快區(qū)域間產(chǎn)業(yè)的深度融合,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),完善城市規(guī)劃布局,建設(shè)宜居城市,促進(jìn)武漢區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展。本文主要內(nèi)容包括七部分。第一部分,緒論部分。該部分簡要的概括了論文的研究背景及意義,對國內(nèi)外的的研究現(xiàn)狀,作了簡要的綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了論文的研究方法和基本內(nèi)容框架。對文章所涉及到的相關(guān)理論做了詳細(xì)的介紹,為下一章臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和功能定位等,奠定研究的基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,國外臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)模式介紹。通過對比早期的香農(nóng)模式,日本、美國等發(fā)達(dá)國家的臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提供了相應(yīng)的借鑒與啟示。為未來武漢臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與完善提出初步的規(guī)劃。第四部分,從對分析了武漢的具體情況,對其優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,武漢發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)應(yīng)當(dāng)積極發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢條件,補足其短板,要有長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的眼光。最后,利用SWOT分析法,對臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析。第五部是臨空空經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略布局。主要從戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),空間布局,產(chǎn)業(yè)模式三個方面論述;第六部分是對策研究。針對上述提出的SWOT分析的結(jié)果,以及戰(zhàn)略的研究,提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議;第七部分,結(jié)論和展望。簡要的總結(jié)和文章研究的內(nèi)容,對相應(yīng)的結(jié)論做出了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:At present, the pace of economic integration has obviously accelerated. The efficient network development makes the time factor become the main symbol of the modern business development, and has a profound influence on the change of the industry rules. These rules change at the same time, also make the modern commercial civilization to obtain the very big progress. Due to the rapid development of airport aviation, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, so it has become an important driving force in modern times. As a national 4E airport, Wuhan Tianhe Airport, by virtue of its unique land advantages, forms a characteristic mode of economic development on the air, giving full play to the important role of the largest hub airport in Central China. This paper mainly analyzes the development mode of Wuhan's near-air economy, on the basis of which, it makes a deep research on the industrial layout and spatial structure of the near-air economy. On the basis of in-depth study of successful cases at home and abroad, combined with the history and current situation of Wuhan's industrial development, the rational layout of the industrial district and the construction of the airport area in the kernel region are the basis for the development of the near-air economy, and then in its periphery. Layout according to its importance; Then, the paper puts forward the new plan of building the characteristic key industry and realizing the reasonable space layout. Finally, the related countermeasures are studied. By studying the current economic model, this paper puts forward the strategic plan for the future development of Wuhan's near-air economy. Speed up the deep integration of inter-regional industries, optimize the industrial structure, perfect the urban planning and layout, build livable cities, and promote the leap-forward development of Wuhan regional economy. The main content of this paper includes seven parts. The first part, the introduction part. This part briefly summarizes the research background and significance of the paper, and gives a brief review of the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the research methods and the basic content framework of the paper are put forward. The related theories involved in the paper are introduced in detail, which lays the foundation for the research of the industrial layout and function orientation of the next chapter. The third part, the introduction of foreign air economy model. Through the comparison of the early Shannon model, Japan, the United States and other developed countries on-air economic development model, and summarized. On this basis, provides the corresponding reference and enlightenment. For the future development and improvement of Wuhan air economy put forward a preliminary plan. In the fourth part, from the analysis of the specific situation of Wuhan, the advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan should be discussed in detail. Wuhan should give full play to its advantages and disadvantages, make up its deficiency, and have a long-term development vision. Finally, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the problems existing in the development of air-facing economic zone. The fifth part is the strategic layout of the air economy. Mainly from the strategic objectives, spatial distribution, industrial model three aspects; the sixth part is the study of countermeasures. According to the results of the SWOT analysis and the research of the strategy, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, and the seventh part, the conclusion and prospect. A brief summary and the research contents of the article are given, and the corresponding conclusions are summarized.
