基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)能力傳遞強(qiáng)度研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)問(wèn)題就是創(chuàng)新能力提升的問(wèn)題。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)不僅要求集群核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的提升,同時(shí)要求集群整體創(chuàng)新能力的提升。在集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)較集群非核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)具有更高的創(chuàng)新能力。因而,研究核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)至關(guān)重要;谙嚓P(guān)理論分析,本文提出創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度概念,并構(gòu)建其概念模型,同時(shí)引入集群非核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新吸收能力作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,具體分析創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度與集群升級(jí)的關(guān)系。首先,本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)、集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及創(chuàng)新傳遞相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并介紹了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法。其次,基于相關(guān)理論研究,提出了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度概念,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,得到了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度概念模型,最終確立了其測(cè)量量表。同時(shí)通過(guò)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析,提出了本文研究假設(shè)。然后,對(duì)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度與集群升級(jí)關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。選擇秦皇島開發(fā)區(qū)糧油產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,利用AMOS17.0,通過(guò)構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型驗(yàn)證創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度與集群升級(jí)的假設(shè)關(guān)系是否成立;利用SPSS17.0,通過(guò)層級(jí)回歸分析,驗(yàn)證集群非核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新吸收能力在兩者關(guān)系中是否起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,指出了研究結(jié)論的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。分別從建立創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)體系、加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力傳遞強(qiáng)度建設(shè)、注重集群非核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新吸收能力的提升三個(gè)方面提出了合理建議。
[Abstract]:The upgrading of industrial cluster is the problem of improving innovation ability. The upgrading of the industrial cluster requires not only the upgrading of the innovation ability of the core nodes of the cluster, but also the promotion of the overall innovation ability of the cluster. In cluster innovation network, the core node enterprise has higher innovation ability than the cluster non-core node enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to study the transfer of enterprise innovation capability of core nodes for upgrading of industrial clusters. Based on the relevant theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the concept of innovation capacity transfer intensity of core nodes in innovation network, and constructs its conceptual model. At the same time, the innovation absorption capacity of non-core node enterprises in cluster is introduced as the regulating variable. This paper analyzes the relationship between the transfer intensity of innovation capability and cluster upgrading in the core node of innovation network. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of industrial cluster upgrading, cluster innovation network and innovation transmission at home and abroad, and introduces the research contents and research methods of this paper. Secondly, based on the related theoretical research, this paper puts forward the concept of innovation capacity transfer intensity of innovation network core node enterprise. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, the concept model of innovation capability transfer intensity of innovation network core node enterprise is obtained. Finally, the measurement scale is established. At the same time, through the relevant literature analysis, put forward the research hypothesis of this paper. Then, empirical analysis is made on the relationship between the transfer intensity of innovation capability and cluster upgrading at the core node of innovation network. The grain and oil industry cluster of Qinhuangdao Development Zone is selected as the investigation object, and the hypothetical relationship between the transmission intensity of enterprise innovation ability and cluster upgrading is verified by constructing the structural equation model of AMOS17.0,. By means of hierarchical regression analysis, SPSS17.0, is used to verify whether the enterprise innovation absorption ability of cluster non-core nodes plays a regulating role in the relationship between the two. Finally, it points out the practical guiding significance of the research conclusion. From the establishment of innovation network core node enterprise innovation ability transfer effect evaluation system, strengthen innovation network core node enterprise innovation ability transmission intensity construction, Pay attention to the cluster non-core node enterprise innovation absorptive ability enhancement three aspects put forward the reasonable suggestion.
