【摘要】：通過構建"四力"指標系統(tǒng),并采用熵權重灰色關聯(lián)分析模型,對2001—2013年年間湖南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全進行預警分析,結果表明,湖南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全表現(xiàn)出從"巨警"向"輕警"轉(zhuǎn)變的良好態(tài)勢;農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)生成力指數(shù)和總指數(shù)預警結果整體保持一致,表現(xiàn)良好;農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力指數(shù)和依存力指數(shù)變動比較頻繁,在"中警"附近波動,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)控制力指數(shù)則表現(xiàn)出從"輕警"向"巨警"狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變的惡化趨勢。因此,必須從制度建設、政策配套、資金供給上繼續(xù)加大對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持力度,推動農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新,尤其要提高國內(nèi)資本的自主控制力,真正確保農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的高效性、穩(wěn)定性和安全性。
[Abstract]:By constructing the "four forces" index system and adopting the entropy weight grey relational analysis model, the paper analyzes the agricultural industry security in Hunan Province from 2001 to 2013. The results show that: The safety of agricultural industry in Hunan Province shows a good situation of changing from "giant police" to "light police"; The results of early warning of agricultural industry generating power index and general index are consistent, and the performance is good. The agricultural industry competitiveness index and dependence index change more frequently, fluctuate near the "middle police", and the agricultural industry control index shows a worsening trend from "light police" to "giant police". Therefore, we must continue to increase support for the agricultural industry, promote technological and institutional innovation in the agricultural industry, and, in particular, enhance the independent control of domestic capital, from the aspects of system construction, policy matching, and the supply of funds. Truly ensure the efficiency, stability and safety of agricultural industry development.
