【摘要】：我國稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)布局與稀土資源分布存在空間差異,分析稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的特點(diǎn),探索稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)生機(jī)制,有利于為促進(jìn)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的良性發(fā)展并完善稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間布局提供理論支撐。本文以稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對象,首先測度了1978—2010年中國稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚E-G指數(shù),將我國稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)布局劃分為三個(gè)發(fā)展階段,并運(yùn)用GIS軟件繪制出不同階段內(nèi)稀土企業(yè)的地理分布圖發(fā)現(xiàn)：1994年之前,我國稀土企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)向資源富集的內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)和技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的長三角地區(qū)集聚的趨勢,但集聚水平較低；1995—2004年,新成立的稀土企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)分散的分布特點(diǎn);2005年之后,稀土企業(yè)回歸到集聚分布于內(nèi)蒙古和長三角地區(qū)的狀態(tài),且集聚水平較高。然后通過對中國稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程重大事記進(jìn)行歷史回顧和現(xiàn)實(shí)觀察,提出影響我國稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的四個(gè)因素。最后利用Oaxaca分解和Brown分解對各因素的影響程度進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,并進(jìn)一步對影響稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的“區(qū)位”因素和“地區(qū)特征”因素進(jìn)行分解,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的主要因素是“地區(qū)特征”差異,其中技術(shù)水平影響較大。
[Abstract]:There are spatial differences between the distribution of rare earth industry and the distribution of rare earth resources in China. The characteristics of the distribution of rare earth industry are analyzed, and the mechanism of rare earth industrial agglomeration is explored. It can provide theoretical support for promoting the benign development of rare earth industry agglomeration and improving the spatial distribution of rare earth industry. Taking rare earth industry as the research object, this paper first measures the index of agglomeration of rare earth industry in China from 1978 to 2010, and divides the distribution of rare earth industry in China into three stages of development. Using GIS software to draw the geographical distribution map of rare earth enterprises in different stages, it is found that before 1994, the rare earth enterprises in China showed the trend of clustering to Inner Mongolia region with rich resources and the Yangtze River Delta region with leading technology, but the level of agglomeration was relatively low. From 1995 to 2004, the newly established rare earth enterprises showed decentralized distribution characteristics. After 2005, the rare earth enterprises returned to the state of agglomeration and distribution in Inner Mongolia and Yangtze River Delta, and the level of agglomeration was relatively high. Then, through the historical review and realistic observation on the important events of the development of rare earth industry in China, four factors affecting the distribution of rare earth industry in China are put forward. Finally, we use Oaxaca decomposition and Brown decomposition to analyze the influence degree of each factor, and further decompose the "location" factor and "region characteristic" factor which affect the distribution of rare earth industry. It is found that the main factor affecting the distribution of rare earth industry is the difference of "regional characteristics", among which the technical level has a greater impact.
