【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,通過對世界經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展以及我國改革開放和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟建設的深入觀察,習近平作出了新一輪科技革命孕育興起,上一輪科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命提供的動能面臨消退的基本判斷。對于科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命的關(guān)系,習近平指出,科技革命總是能夠引發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)革命,深刻改變世界發(fā)展格局。面對世界發(fā)展大勢,我們必須緊緊抓住和用好新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的機遇,不能等待、不能觀望、不能懈怠。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has made a new round of scientific and technological revolution through in-depth observation of the economic and social development of the world, China's reform and opening up, and the construction of a socialist market economy. The momentum offered by the last revolution in science and technology and industry faces a basic judgment of fading. Regarding the relationship between the scientific and technological revolution and the industrial revolution, Xi Jinping pointed out that the scientific and technological revolution has always been able to trigger an industrial revolution and profoundly change the pattern of world development. In the face of the general trend of world development, we must firmly grasp and make good use of the opportunities of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, and we cannot wait, wait and see, and we must not slacken off.
