【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)過程,相關(guān)政策變化影響著高校人才的培養(yǎng)策略和方式。從高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題出發(fā),尋找產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化政策中人才培養(yǎng)演化規(guī)律,測(cè)定學(xué)生職業(yè)能力傾向,適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化政策方針,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才錄取與學(xué)生職業(yè)傾向相統(tǒng)一,協(xié)調(diào)人才培養(yǎng)資源配置,堅(jiān)持高校教育形式和布局結(jié)構(gòu)宏觀互動(dòng),建立基于區(qū)域性特征打造高端人才實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)高校人才培養(yǎng)模式轉(zhuǎn)型,助力有限教育資源的充分整合利用,促進(jìn)高校宏觀布局結(jié)合、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化的有效匹配。
[Abstract]:The development of industrial cluster is a dynamic process. Based on the present situation and existing problems of the talent training mode in colleges and universities, this paper tries to find out the law of talent cultivation and evolution in the industrial cluster policy, to determine the students' professional ability tendency, and to adapt to the policy of industrial cluster. To achieve the unity of talent admission and students' professional tendency, to coordinate the allocation of talent training resources, to adhere to the macro interaction between the form of higher education and the layout structure, and to establish a high-end talent training base based on regional characteristics. Finally, it can realize the transformation of talent training mode in colleges and universities, help the full integration and utilization of limited educational resources, promote the combination of macro layout of colleges and universities, and effectively match the training base with the industrial cluster.
