【摘要】：呂梁市是山西省紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的最大產(chǎn)區(qū),紅棗年產(chǎn)量占全省的60%。紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)作為呂梁市的一項主導(dǎo)、優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),是呂梁“8+2”產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展計劃、“十三五規(guī)劃”中精準(zhǔn)扶貧的目標(biāo)。因此,研究呂梁市紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問題具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先論述了本論文的研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容和方法,介紹了論文寫作的相關(guān)理論及研究動態(tài)。然后從整個山西省紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況、呂梁市紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件、紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況以及園區(qū)建設(shè)情況幾個角度分析呂梁市紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。通過分析,本文總結(jié)出呂梁市紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)在自然資源和政策條件方面具有優(yōu)勢。但還存在著諸多問題,表現(xiàn)在抵抗災(zāi)害能力弱,棗農(nóng)生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險高；市場“惡性競爭”,紅棗價格過低；農(nóng)業(yè)附加值低,科技含量低；管理粗放不規(guī)范,規(guī)模經(jīng)營程度低；企業(yè)競爭力弱,品牌知名度小。最后,本文提出了促進(jìn)呂梁市紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議：開展品種改良,健全風(fēng)險避災(zāi)體系；加強(qiáng)市場管理,健全市場信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)；延長紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,提高科技含量；規(guī)范管理,加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理園區(qū)建設(shè)；培育龍頭企業(yè),加快品牌建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Luliang City is the largest production area of jujube industry in Shanxi Province, the annual output of red jujube accounts for 60% of the province. As a leading and superior industry in Luliang, jujube industry is the target of Lv Liang's "8.2" industrial development plan and the 13th Five-Year Plan. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the present situation and problems of jujube industry in Luliang city. This paper first discusses the research background, significance, content and methods of this paper, and introduces the relevant theories and research trends. Then the paper analyzes the present situation of red jujube industry development in Luliang city from the following aspects: the development of red jujube industry in Shanxi Province, the basic conditions of the development of red jujube industry in Luliang city, the development of jujube industry in Luliang city and the construction of the park. Based on the analysis, this paper concludes that the jujube industry in Luliang city has advantages in natural resources and policy conditions. However, there are still many problems, such as weak ability to resist disasters, high risk of jujube production, "vicious competition" in market, low price of jujube, low added value of agriculture, low scientific and technological content, extensive non-standard management and low level of scale management. Enterprise competitiveness is weak, brand awareness is small. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of jujube industry in Luliang City: developing variety improvement, perfecting risk avoidance system, strengthening market management, perfecting market information network, prolonging the industrial chain of red jujube and increasing the scientific and technological content; Standardize management, strengthen the construction of standardized management park, cultivate leading enterprises and speed up brand building.
