【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施互聯(lián)互通是"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"建設(shè)的重要依托,基建關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)則是中國(guó)的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文納入沿線國(guó)地理、制度和"一帶一路"響應(yīng)等因素,利用面板引力模型實(shí)證估計(jì)中國(guó)對(duì)20個(gè)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"沿線國(guó)基建關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的出口潛力。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國(guó)和沿線國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、地緣相近、貿(mào)易開(kāi)放度以及沿線國(guó)對(duì)"一帶一路"響應(yīng)都顯著促進(jìn)中國(guó)的基建關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口,自貿(mào)區(qū)和亞歐大陸橋等因素則表現(xiàn)出對(duì)中國(guó)基建關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口的替代效應(yīng)。中國(guó)對(duì)俄羅斯、伊朗、沙特阿拉伯、印度和阿聯(lián)酋等國(guó)基建關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的出口潛力較大;2018-2022年間中國(guó)對(duì)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"基建關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口增長(zhǎng)空間超過(guò)430億美元,其中鋼鐵和金屬所占份額最大。
[Abstract]:Infrastructure interconnection is an important support for the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt", and the related infrastructure industry is China's dominant industry. Taking into account the geographical, institutional and "Belt and Road" responses of the countries along the Silk Road, this paper empirically estimates the export potential of China to the infrastructure related industries of 20 countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt by using the panel gravity model. The study found that the economic growth, geographical proximity, trade openness and the response of the countries along the route to "Belt and Road" have significantly promoted the export of China's infrastructure-related industries. The FTAA and Eurasian Continental Bridge and other factors show the substitution effect on China's infrastructure related industries export. China's export potential to Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, India and the United Arab Emirates is large; Between 2018 and 2022, China's exports to the "Silk Road Economic Belt" infrastructure linked industries grew by more than $43 billion, with steel and metals accounting for the largest share.
