【摘要】：蔬菜在我國種植廣泛,如胡蘿卜、西紅柿等種植面積均達到國家首位。蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國一些縣市已成為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),它在促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟繁榮,農(nóng)民致富奔小康過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。然而,由于蔬菜加工工藝落后,操作環(huán)節(jié)處理不當(dāng)以及副產(chǎn)物利用效率低等原因,傳統(tǒng)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中存在著原料浪費,資源消耗和環(huán)境污染等隱患。鑒于此,傳統(tǒng)蔬菜加工產(chǎn)業(yè)在原料利用率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)品層次類型和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸等方面都還有很大的提升空間。本文在總結(jié)河北省蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,全面概述蔬菜種植、加工和流通現(xiàn)狀。通過對河北蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的SWOT分析,結(jié)合文獻檢索、統(tǒng)計分析、市場調(diào)查等方法,闡述市場需求和消費趨勢,加工副產(chǎn)物綜合利用發(fā)展方向,以及河北省蔬菜生產(chǎn)優(yōu)勢及制約發(fā)展的因素等內(nèi)容,指出了蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主攻方向。為系統(tǒng)提升河北省蔬菜行業(yè)的市場競爭力和發(fā)展檔級,探索蔬菜加工及其副產(chǎn)物綜合利用新方法,指導(dǎo)河北省蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的決策意見提供參考依據(jù)。本文提出了河北蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)在保證產(chǎn)量規(guī)模不下滑的同時,應(yīng)加快蔬菜規(guī)模種植、基地生產(chǎn)、集約加工生產(chǎn)、專業(yè)批發(fā)市場建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的發(fā)展步伐。分析指出了,科學(xué)規(guī)劃布局,實施品牌引領(lǐng)戰(zhàn)略,推廣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn),突出企業(yè)主體,加快技術(shù)革新,優(yōu)化發(fā)展環(huán)境,落實標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)體系,注重消費體驗,做深做細蔬菜加工副產(chǎn)物綜合利用工作,完善質(zhì)量管理是今后河北蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重點工作。本文分析了河北蔬菜加工及其副產(chǎn)物綜合利用的現(xiàn)狀,指出了河北蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)未來協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展方向,具有現(xiàn)實和長遠雙重意義。
[Abstract]:Vegetables are widely grown in China, such as carrots, tomatoes and other planting areas have reached the top of the country. Vegetable industry has become a pillar industry in some counties and cities of our country. It plays an important role in promoting the prosperity of rural economy and making peasants rich and well-off. However, due to the backward processing technology, improper handling of the operation links and low utilization efficiency of by-products, there are hidden dangers in the traditional vegetable industry, such as waste of raw materials, consumption of resources and environmental pollution. In view of this, the traditional vegetable processing industry in raw material utilization rate, product quality, product level type and extension of industrial chain still have a lot of room for improvement. On the basis of summing up the present situation of vegetable industry in Hebei province, this paper summarizes the present situation of vegetable planting, processing and circulation. Through the SWOT analysis of Hebei vegetable industry, combined with the methods of literature retrieval, statistical analysis and market investigation, this paper expounds the market demand and consumption trend, and the development direction of comprehensive utilization of processing by-products. The main developing direction of vegetable industry is pointed out in this paper, as well as the advantages of vegetable production and the factors restricting the development of vegetable industry in Hebei Province. It provides a reference for improving the market competitiveness and developing level of vegetable industry in Hebei Province, exploring a new method of vegetable processing and comprehensive utilization of by-products, and guiding the decision-making opinions of vegetable industry development in Hebei Province. This paper puts forward that Hebei vegetable industry should speed up the development of vegetable scale planting, base production, intensive processing production and professional wholesale market construction while ensuring the production scale does not decline. It is pointed out that scientific layout planning, carrying out brand leading strategy, popularizing standardized production, highlighting the main body of enterprises, speeding up technological innovation, optimizing development environment, implementing standardized production technology system, paying attention to consumption experience, It is the key work of Hebei vegetable industry in the future to do the comprehensive utilization of fine vegetable processing by-products and improve the quality management. This paper analyzes the present situation of Hebei vegetable processing and its comprehensive utilization of by-products, and points out the future coordinated and sustainable development direction of Hebei vegetable industry, which has both realistic and long-term significance.
