【摘要】：文章從高等教育體系中的人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)研究出發(fā),分析了我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)新背景下高校傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)方式的不足,特別是人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)需求之間的脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象,對(duì)師資力量、教育導(dǎo)向、政策杠桿、企業(yè)介入等環(huán)節(jié)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析;結(jié)合江蘇省高校教育資源在文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)中的輸出和轉(zhuǎn)化現(xiàn)狀,揭示了產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對(duì)于高等教育改革的助推作用,基于此提出高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式改革的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of talent training in higher education system, this paper analyzes the deficiency of traditional talent training methods in colleges and universities under the background of cultural innovation in China, especially the disconnection between talent training and social demand, which is a good way for teachers. The problems existing in such links as education orientation, policy leverage and enterprise intervention are analyzed. Combined with the current situation of the output and transformation of the educational resources of colleges and universities in the cultural creation industry in Jiangsu Province, this paper reveals the role of industrial policies in promoting the reform of higher education, and based on this, puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the mode of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities.
