【摘要】：采用346家中國太陽能光伏企業(yè)在全球的463筆投資數(shù)據(jù),分析了該產(chǎn)業(yè)的海外投資布局特征,并從國家(區(qū)域)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)3個層面研究母國區(qū)域和東道國,以及企業(yè)特征和東道國之間的投資匹配關(guān)系。江蘇、浙江等制度環(huán)境優(yōu)越的省份是太陽能光伏企業(yè)走出去的主要來源區(qū)域,德國、美國等制度環(huán)境完善的國家則是重要的投資目的地國;進行海外投資的太陽能光伏企業(yè)大多是未上市的非國有企業(yè),投資動機以市場尋求型為主。在國家(區(qū)域)和產(chǎn)業(yè)層面,基于制度環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)2個維度,"母國—東道國"的投資配對呈現(xiàn)出對偶性,即來自制度和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)良好省份的企業(yè)傾向于投資制度和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)良好的國家;制度和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)不完善的東道國會吸引來自制度和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)不完善區(qū)域的企業(yè)的投資。在企業(yè)層面,不同所有制、上市與否以及具有不同投資動機的企業(yè)對東道國的選擇偏好存在差異,呈現(xiàn)"非國有企業(yè)—制度、產(chǎn)業(yè)雙領(lǐng)先國家"、"市場尋求型投資—制度、產(chǎn)業(yè)雙領(lǐng)先國家"和"研發(fā)尋求型投資—制度領(lǐng)先國家"的投資配對。
[Abstract]:Based on 463 investment data of 346 Chinese solar photovoltaic enterprises in the world, the characteristics of overseas investment layout of the industry are analyzed, and the home country region and host country are studied from three aspects: country (region), industry and enterprise. And the investment matching relationship between the enterprise characteristics and the host country. Provinces with superior institutional environment such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang are the main source areas for solar photovoltaic enterprises to go out, while countries with perfect institutional environment such as Germany and the United States are important investment destination countries. The majority of solar photovoltaic enterprises investing overseas are non-state-owned enterprises which are not listed, and their investment motivation is mainly market seeking. At the level of country (region) and industry, based on the two dimensions of institutional environment and industrial foundation, the investment pairing of "home country and host country" presents duality. That is, enterprises from provinces with good institutional and industrial basis tend to invest in countries with good investment system and industrial basis; The host country with imperfect system and industrial foundation will attract the investment from the region with imperfect system and industrial foundation. At the enterprise level, different ownership, listing or not, as well as different investment motives of the choice of the host country, there are differences in the preferences of "non-state-owned enterprise-system, industry two leading countries", "market-seeking investment-system," Industry-leading countries "and" R & D seeking investment-system leading countries "investment matching.
