【摘要】：21世紀是海洋的世紀,“海上絲綢之路”國家戰(zhàn)略的提出,使得海洋經(jīng)濟愈加受到重視。海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)作為海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的載體,受到了沿海六省的高度重視。沿海六省紛紛響應國家海洋戰(zhàn)略的號召,根據(jù)自身的地理位置和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況,提出了具有鮮明特色的海洋經(jīng)濟與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。這為沿海六省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化提供了更高的平臺。在這種大環(huán)境下,沿海六省的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率情況如何?怎樣提高沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率?這些都是沿海六省必須面對的現(xiàn)實問題。本文首先定義了海洋產(chǎn)業(yè),并分析了企業(yè)效率和產(chǎn)業(yè)效率關系,介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)效率及其影響因素的分析方法,建立了海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的模型和理論基礎。并在此基礎上根據(jù)前人的研究成果,建立了反應海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的投入產(chǎn)出指標,定量比較了沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)靜態(tài)效率、動態(tài)效率以及效率影響因素。文章實證結果表明:(1)沿海六省在七個海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)中有各自效率較高的產(chǎn)業(yè),如浙江、廣東和福建省在海洋漁業(yè)、海洋化工、海洋船舶工業(yè)以及海水利用業(yè)中有較高的效率,但也有效率一直處于末位的省份,如遼寧省和山東省的七個海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率一直在末三位。(2)從效率影響因素看,公司規(guī)模對沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率值均有負向的影響;市場份額與沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率值有正相關關系;資產(chǎn)負債比和國有成分對沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響視各省的情況而定。通過比沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率及其影響因素,本文深入了解了沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率所處的位置和影響沿海六省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的主要因素�；谥饕芯拷Y論,本文根據(jù)沿海六省七個海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點,分別提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the century of the sea. The national strategy of the "Maritime Silk Road" has made the marine economy more and more important. As the carrier of marine economic development, marine industry has been attached great importance to by six coastal provinces. In response to the call of the national marine strategy, six coastal provinces have put forward the marine economy and industry development strategy with distinctive characteristics according to their geographical position and economic development situation. This provides a higher platform for the economic development and industrial optimization of the six coastal provinces. In this environment, how is the efficiency of marine industry in the six coastal provinces? How to improve the efficiency of marine industry in the six coastal provinces? These are the six coastal provinces must face the reality of the problem. This paper first defines the marine industry, analyzes the relationship between the enterprise efficiency and the industrial efficiency, introduces the analysis method of the industrial efficiency and its influencing factors, and establishes the model and theoretical basis of the marine industry research. Based on the previous research results, the input-output indexes reflecting the development of marine industry are established, and the static, dynamic and influencing factors of marine industry in six coastal provinces are compared quantitatively. The empirical results show that: (1) the six coastal provinces have their own high efficiency industries in the seven marine industries, such as Zhejiang, Guangdong and Fujian Province, which have higher efficiency in marine fishery, marine chemical industry, marine ship industry and seawater utilization industry. However, the efficiency has always been in the last provinces, such as Liaoning Province and Shandong Province, seven marine industry efficiency has been in the last three. (2) from the perspective of efficiency factors, the company size has a negative impact on the efficiency of marine industry in the six coastal provinces; There is a positive correlation between market share and the efficiency value of marine industry in the six coastal provinces, and the influence of the ratio of assets to liabilities and the state-owned component on the marine industry of the six coastal provinces depends on the situation of each province. By comparing the marine industry efficiency of the six coastal provinces and its influencing factors, this paper has a deep understanding of the position of the marine industry efficiency of the six coastal provinces and the main factors affecting the marine industry efficiency of the six coastal provinces. Based on the main conclusions, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the characteristics of seven marine industries in six coastal provinces.
