【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和科技的飛快進(jìn)步使得全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程不斷加快,區(qū)域發(fā)展的特點日益突出,企業(yè)集群發(fā)展成為企業(yè)獲取優(yōu)勢競爭力的重要手段,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)正是在順應(yīng)時代潮流的背景下逐步建立和發(fā)展起來的。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)作為促進(jìn)各個國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一種新興模式,具有信息成本低、創(chuàng)新力強(qiáng)、資源利用率高等優(yōu)點,自從出現(xiàn)以來就得到了快速發(fā)展,其在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提高區(qū)域競爭力方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展離不開區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的成長,而企業(yè)的成長是一個復(fù)雜的過程,有諸多因素直接或間接影響著企業(yè)的成長。因此,在一般企業(yè)成長理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)這個特殊的區(qū)域,研究企業(yè)的成長問題,具有重要的理論和實際意義。本文研究在借鑒前人相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)成長的一般特征,以河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)為研究樣本,對河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)成長的影響因素進(jìn)行實證研究。本文的研究主要包括以下幾個方面:第一,對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理和歸納,為本文的研究框架和研究概念模型的建立奠定基礎(chǔ);第二,從企業(yè)自身和外部產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)兩個方面選取企業(yè)成長的影響因素,提出本文的研究假設(shè),構(gòu)建本文的研究模型;第三,通過實地調(diào)研收集數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS16.0對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,采用回歸分析法對所提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行檢驗,進(jìn)而得出本文的實證結(jié)論;第四,根據(jù)本文得出的相關(guān)結(jié)論,為河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的成長提出了相關(guān)的對策及建議。本文通過實證研究證實了以下內(nèi)容:影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)企業(yè)成長的因素包括內(nèi)、外部兩個方面,內(nèi)部影響因素包括企業(yè)資源的獲取能力、資源整合能力、企業(yè)資源選取及建造機(jī)制,外部影響因素包括產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的政策環(huán)境,企業(yè)間協(xié)同意愿、外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建立。在這些影響因素中,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的政策環(huán)境、集聚區(qū)企業(yè)的資源獲取能力、集聚區(qū)企業(yè)的資源整合能力、企業(yè)間協(xié)同的意愿與企業(yè)成長呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而企業(yè)的資源選取及能力建造機(jī)制與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立的程度在促進(jìn)在企業(yè)成長的過程中起到了中介作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid progress of science and technology, the process of global economic integration has been speeding up, and the characteristics of regional development have become increasingly prominent. The development of enterprise clusters has become an important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Industrial agglomeration area is gradually established and developed under the background of complying with the trend of the times. As a new model to promote the economic development of various countries and regions, the industrial agglomeration area has the advantages of low information cost, strong innovation power and high utilization rate of resources. It has been developing rapidly since its emergence, and it is promoting economic development. Improving regional competitiveness has played an important role. The development of industrial agglomeration area can not do without the growth of enterprises in the region, and the growth of enterprises is a complex process, there are many factors directly or indirectly affecting the growth of enterprises. Therefore, on the basis of the general theory of enterprise growth, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of enterprise growth in view of the special region of industrial agglomeration. Based on the previous research results and the general characteristics of enterprise growth in the industrial agglomeration area, this paper takes the enterprises in the industrial agglomeration area of Henan Province as the research sample. This paper makes an empirical study on the factors influencing the growth of enterprises in the industrial agglomeration area of Henan Province. The research of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: first, the related research literature at home and abroad is combed and summarized, which lays a foundation for the establishment of the research framework and conceptual model of this paper; Secondly, select the influencing factors of enterprise growth from two aspects of enterprise itself and external industrial agglomeration area, put forward the research hypotheses of this paper, construct the research model of this paper; Third, through the field investigation and collection of data, using SPSS16.0 to analyze the data, using regression analysis method to test the proposed assumptions, and then draw the empirical conclusions of this paper; Fourthly, according to the relevant conclusions of this paper, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the growth of enterprises in the industrial agglomeration area of Henan Province. Through empirical research, this paper confirms the following contents: the factors that affect the growth of enterprises in industrial agglomeration areas include internal and external factors, internal factors include the ability of obtaining enterprise resources, the ability of resource integration, and the factors that affect the growth of enterprises in industrial agglomeration areas. The external influence factors include the policy environment of the industrial agglomeration area, the willingness to cooperate among enterprises, and the establishment of the external network. Among these influencing factors, the policy environment of the industrial agglomeration area, the resource acquisition ability of the enterprises in the agglomeration area, the resource integration ability of the enterprises in the agglomeration area, and the willingness to cooperate among enterprises are positively related to the growth of the enterprises. The degree of resource selection and ability building mechanism and the establishment of external network in industrial agglomeration area play an intermediary role in the process of enterprise growth.
