【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切相關(guān),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)狀況決定著國(guó)家或區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和方向,同時(shí)又制約著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度和持續(xù)性。本文根據(jù)2007-2014年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)回顧了喀什產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化過(guò)程并以實(shí)證方法分析判斷喀什產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化水平、高度化程度以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)整體優(yōu)化升級(jí)特征。目前,喀什已基本形成第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)占主導(dǎo)地位的產(chǎn)業(yè)格局,第一、三產(chǎn)業(yè)波動(dòng)程度逐漸變小,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的大幅度波動(dòng)成為喀什地區(qū)GDP增速大起大落的主要原因,針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文從援疆建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化等三個(gè)角度提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of modern economy, the industrial structure is closely related to the economic development. The industrial structure determines the level and direction of economic development of the country or region, and at the same time restricts the speed and sustainability of economic development. Based on the statistical data from 2007 to 2014, this paper reviews the changing process of industrial structure in Kashi, and analyzes and judges the rationalization level, the degree of upgrading and the overall optimization and upgrading characteristics of industrial structure in Kashi by empirical method. At present, Kashgar has basically formed a dominant industrial pattern of the second and third industries. The fluctuation degree of the first and third industries has gradually decreased, and the large fluctuations in the secondary industry have become the main reason for the rapid rise and fall of GDP growth in Kashi region. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from three angles of aiding Xinjiang construction, rationalization of industrial structure and upgrading of industrial structure.
