【摘要】：在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展深入推進的大背景下,對承接京津功能疏解、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)提出了更新更高的要求。作為京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展核心功能區(qū)中心城市的保定,在產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)方面應(yīng)乘勢而上,在規(guī)劃、體制機制、用地、發(fā)展環(huán)境等方面高標定位、與時俱進,才能為承接京津功能疏解和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移做出更大貢獻。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper puts forward higher requirements for the construction of industrial parks in the regions where the functions of Beijing and Tianjin are understood and industrial transfer is carried out. Baoding, as the central city of the core function area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, should take advantage of the situation in the construction of the industrial park, set high standards in planning, institutional mechanism, land use, development environment, etc., and keep pace with the times. In order to undertake Beijing-Tianjin function and industry transfer to make greater contributions.
