【摘要】：創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略首先要落實在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域。地方要充分認(rèn)識本地的基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢,遵循有所為必有所不為、開放創(chuàng)新的原則,以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的市場價值實現(xiàn)為核心,以企業(yè)為主體,堅持官產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同、產(chǎn)學(xué)研用協(xié)作、軍民融合發(fā)展。構(gòu)建主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新支撐體系,推動科技創(chuàng)新鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的融合發(fā)展,形成"銳意進(jìn)取、價值實現(xiàn)"的創(chuàng)新土壤和文化氛圍,激發(fā)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新動力和活力,吸引和留住創(chuàng)新人才,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力,突破技術(shù)瓶頸制約。以自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)重塑產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力,轉(zhuǎn)變產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,推動產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展新階段。
[Abstract]:Innovation-driven development strategy must first be implemented in the field of industrial development.
