農(nóng)村電商產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式與空間涉及差異研究——江蘇淘寶村的調(diào)查

【摘要】:淘寶村的快速發(fā)展是中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系不斷完善、中國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革不斷深化與中國(guó)信息化進(jìn)程加速推進(jìn)所產(chǎn)生的疊加效應(yīng)的結(jié)果。不同的淘寶村有著不同的產(chǎn)生基礎(chǔ)、不同的發(fā)展過(guò)程或不同的運(yùn)行方式。根據(jù)江蘇農(nóng)村電商產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演化歷程,可以看到產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、特色產(chǎn)品和政府引導(dǎo)對(duì)農(nóng)村電商產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的巨大作用,而且不同發(fā)展模式的淘寶村的空間擴(kuò)散是有差異的,非資源基礎(chǔ)型的農(nóng)村電商集群涉及半徑遠(yuǎn)大于當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源基礎(chǔ)型的涉及半徑。江蘇201個(gè)淘寶村中,有超過(guò)一半得益于本地已有產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、特色產(chǎn)品。而蘇北,尤其是睢寧、宿城區(qū)的家具產(chǎn)業(yè),卻是從無(wú)到有,在政府和農(nóng)民的共同努力下創(chuàng)造的。淘寶村的級(jí)數(shù)式發(fā)展表明,重視地方特色產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ),發(fā)揮政府引導(dǎo)作用,完善的治理體系是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村電商健康發(fā)展的重要途徑,是深化農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的重要手段。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Taobao Village is the result of the superposition effect caused by the continuous improvement of China's market economy system, the deepening of China's rural economic system reform and the acceleration of China's informatization process. Different Taobao villages have different production basis, different development process or different operation mode. According to the evolution course of Jiangsu rural ecommerce industrial cluster, we can see that the industrial foundation, characteristic products and government guidance play a great role in the development of rural e-commerce industry, and the spatial diffusion of Taobao village with different development modes is different. The radius of non-resource-based rural ecommerce cluster is much larger than that of local resource-based cluster. More than half of the 201 Taobao villages in Jiangsu province benefit from the local industrial base and specialty products. The furniture industry of Sui Ning, is created by the government and farmers from scratch. The series development of Taobao village shows that it is an important way to promote the healthy development of rural ecommerce and an important means to deepen the reform of rural economic system by paying attention to the industrial foundation of local characteristics, giving play to the guiding role of the government and perfecting the governance system.
