【摘要】：《新時(shí)期產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)改革方案》提出,"造就一支有理想守信念、懂技術(shù)會(huì)創(chuàng)新、敢擔(dān)當(dāng)講奉獻(xiàn)的宏大的產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍"。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),產(chǎn)業(yè)工人意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)是前提。高職是新型產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的搖籃,必須擔(dān)當(dāng)起未來產(chǎn)業(yè)工人意識(shí)形態(tài)安全教育的重任。新時(shí)期產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)與高職意識(shí)形態(tài)教育具有耦合的需求、耦合的基礎(chǔ),其耦合的關(guān)鍵是完善適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)要求的高職意識(shí)形態(tài)教育內(nèi)容,實(shí)現(xiàn)耦合必須創(chuàng)新適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的高職意識(shí)形態(tài)教育路徑。
[Abstract]:The "Reform Plan for the Construction of Industrial Workers in the New period" puts forward, "to bring up a great contingent of industrial workers who have ideals and beliefs, understand technology and innovate, and dare to take on a great team of industrial workers who speak of dedication." To achieve this goal, the ideological construction of industrial workers is the prerequisite. Higher vocational education is the cradle of new industrial workers, and must bear the responsibility of ideological safety education for future industrial workers. In the new period, the construction of industrial workers and the ideological education of higher vocational education have the coupling demand and the basis. The key to the coupling is to perfect the content of ideological education in higher vocational education, which adapts to the demands of the construction of industrial workers. In order to realize the coupling, we must innovate the ideological education path of higher vocational education which adapts to the construction of industrial workers.
