【摘要】：通過梳理關(guān)于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)理論以及集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性理論,認(rèn)為影響集群升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵因素包括創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)因素、創(chuàng)新資金投入因素和創(chuàng)新資金支出因素三個(gè)維度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出研究假設(shè):創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)成果傳遞能力對(duì)集群升級(jí)產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)作用,該作用還受到國(guó)家創(chuàng)新政策的調(diào)節(jié)。構(gòu)建集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新成果傳遞能力對(duì)集群升級(jí)影響的理論研究框架,并以全國(guó)42家創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為研究樣本,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)成果傳遞能力對(duì)集群升級(jí)的作用關(guān)系。最后,從改善集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力、集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)成果傳遞路徑和創(chuàng)新保護(hù)政策等方面,為推動(dòng)集群升級(jí)發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:Through combing the related literature on innovation network and industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the theory of industrial cluster upgrading and the theory of cluster innovation network characteristic, and concludes that the key factors influencing cluster upgrading include the basic factors of innovation. Innovation fund input factor and innovation fund expenditure factor three dimensions. On this basis, the research hypotheses are put forward: the ability of delivering the results of innovation networks promotes the upgrading of clusters, which is also regulated by the national innovation policies. This paper constructs a theoretical research framework of the impact of the ability of delivering innovation results on the upgrading of clusters, and takes 42 innovative industrial clusters as the research samples, and empirically tests the relationship between the ability of delivering results of innovation networks and the upgrading of clusters. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the upgrading and development of cluster from the aspects of improving the innovation ability of cluster enterprises, transmitting the achievements of cluster innovation network and the policy of innovation protection and so on.
