【摘要】：近些年,越來越多的國家注重高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。為保障高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,各國投入了大量人力資源和資金資源,引發(fā)了一場關(guān)于科技創(chuàng)新的競爭。高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)主要從事科技創(chuàng)新活動,但其發(fā)展過程中會遇到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、投入高和信息不對稱性等問題,導(dǎo)致其融資困難,這不利于我國科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。而科技金融可以有效解決高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)融資難的問題,從而支持高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。本文首先根據(jù)科技金融和高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的理論要點(diǎn),對科技金融和高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行界定。然后對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技金融的發(fā)展近況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述,具體包含了高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入和產(chǎn)出情況,以及高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技金融的科技財(cái)政投入、科技信貸、科技保險(xiǎn)、科技資本市場、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資方面的發(fā)展情況。之后運(yùn)用DEA方法對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技金融的發(fā)展績效進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究及分析。結(jié)合前面理論和實(shí)證分析,總結(jié)出我國目前高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技金融發(fā)展中的問題,并借鑒德國和日本高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技金融發(fā)展方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出促進(jìn)我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技金融發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more countries pay attention to the development of high-tech industry. In order to ensure the rapid development of high-tech industry, many countries have invested a lot of human and capital resources, which leads to a competition on scientific and technological innovation. The high-tech industry is mainly engaged in scientific and technological innovation activities, but it will encounter high risk, high investment and information asymmetry in the process of its development, resulting in its financing difficulties, which is not conducive to the development of science, technology and economy in China. Science and technology finance can effectively solve the problem of high-tech industry financing, so as to support the development of high-tech industry. Firstly, according to the theoretical points of science and technology finance and high-tech industry, this paper defines science and technology finance and high-tech industry. Then, the development of high-tech industry, science and technology finance in our country is systematically expounded, including the input and output of high-tech industry, as well as the scientific and technological financial input, science and technology credit, and science and technology insurance of high-tech industry. The development of science and technology capital market and venture capital. Then we use DEA method to analyze the development performance of high-tech industry science and technology finance in China. Combined with the previous theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the problems in the development of high-tech industry science and technology finance in China, and draws lessons from the successful experiences of Germany and Japan in the development of high-tech industry science and technology finance. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of high-tech industry science and technology finance in China are put forward.
