【摘要】：高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是高技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的知識密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展狀態(tài)和水平對國民經(jīng)濟與社會的發(fā)展有很大影響。充分了解合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況能夠進一步推動科技創(chuàng)新,促進高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程,深化合肥市經(jīng)濟機制體制改革。近年來隨著合肥市政府“大湖名城,創(chuàng)新高地”發(fā)展理念的貫徹執(zhí)行,合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)也成為了科技發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略性目標,因此了解合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義和現(xiàn)實意義。論文選題來源于合肥市軟科學(xué)研究計劃項目《合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)基本現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展路徑研究》。本文基于合肥市第三次全國經(jīng)濟普查數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計局制定的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)統(tǒng)計標準,在整理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)后從綜合規(guī)模、科技創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟效益三個方面構(gòu)建了高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展狀況評價指標體系,利用指標體系首先對合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析；其次運用因子分析法和熵值法進行綜合評價研究,并對評價結(jié)果進行比較和分析,指出了合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征與存在的問題；最后,在綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對促進合肥市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:High-tech industry is a high-tech-based knowledge-intensive industry. Its development state and level have great influence on the development of national economy and society. Fully understanding the development of high-tech industry in Hefei can further promote scientific and technological innovation, promote the process of high-tech industrialization, and deepen the reform of Hefei's economic mechanism system. In recent years, with the implementation of the development concept of "Great Lakes City, innovative Highland" of Hefei Municipal Government, the high-tech industry in Hefei has also become an important strategic goal of scientific and technological development. Therefore, it is of great strategic and practical significance to understand the present situation of high-tech industry in Hefei. The topic of this paper comes from the project of Hefei soft Science Research Project < Research on the basic status and Development path of High Technology Industry in Hefei City. Based on the data of the third national economic census of Hefei and the statistical standards of high-tech industries formulated by the National Bureau of Statistics, this paper collates the relevant data from the comprehensive scale, scientific and technological innovation. The evaluation index system of high-tech industry is constructed in three aspects of economic benefit. Firstly, the present situation of high-tech industry in Hefei is analyzed by using the index system; secondly, the comprehensive evaluation research is carried out by using factor analysis and entropy method. The evaluation results are compared and analyzed, and the characteristics and problems of the high-tech industry development in Hefei are pointed out. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the high-tech industry in Hefei.
