【摘要】：涉農戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)的發(fā)展需要得到金融部門的有力支撐,目前國家制定了一系列扶持新興產業(yè)發(fā)展的金融支撐政策,并取得了積極效果,但還需進一步細化,采取更具體的措施來強化對涉農戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)的金融支撐。這些措施包括:搭建農業(yè)金融市場的產權基礎,對涉農戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)實施新型信貸政策,完善專業(yè)的農業(yè)產業(yè)保險體系,實施維護農業(yè)金融運行安全的保障機制,實行金融市場退出機制等,以確保金融對涉農戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)的支持落到實處。
[Abstract]:The development of agriculture-related strategic emerging industries needs the strong support of the financial sector. At present, the state has formulated a series of financial support policies to support the development of emerging industries, and has achieved positive results, but it still needs to be further refined. Take more specific measures to strengthen the agricultural strategic emerging industries financial support. These measures include: building the property right basis of the agricultural financial market, implementing a new credit policy for the agri-related strategic emerging industries, perfecting the specialized agricultural industry insurance system, and implementing a safeguard mechanism to safeguard the safety of agricultural finance operation. Carry out the financial market withdrawal mechanism to ensure the financial support to the agricultural strategic emerging industries.
