【摘要】：與總部經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)的概念最早可以追溯至上世紀(jì)90年代。后來一些學(xué)者認(rèn)識到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)或管理活動一般發(fā)生在城市,“總部城市”的概念也就應(yīng)運而生。北京市社會科學(xué)院副院長趙弘在國內(nèi)首次明確地提出了“總部經(jīng)濟(jì)”的概念及相關(guān)理論,此后這一概念引起了學(xué)者們越來越多的關(guān)注。總部經(jīng)濟(jì)為中心城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級和功能轉(zhuǎn)型提供了指導(dǎo),逐漸成為城市發(fā)展的熱點。 本文主要包括以下幾部分內(nèi)容： 首先,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了總部經(jīng)濟(jì)特征產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念,在對總部經(jīng)濟(jì)特征進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地梳理后,明確地將信息傳輸、計算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè),金融業(yè),研究與試驗發(fā)展業(yè)列為北京總部經(jīng)濟(jì)特征產(chǎn)業(yè),并陳述了理由。 其次,本文就北京總部經(jīng)濟(jì)特征產(chǎn)業(yè)的包括產(chǎn)業(yè)收入、利潤、利潤率、單位數(shù)量、從業(yè)人數(shù)等在內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基本情況,包括最初投入結(jié)構(gòu)、中間投入結(jié)構(gòu)、中間投入率、中間使用結(jié)構(gòu)、最終使用結(jié)構(gòu)、中間需求率等在內(nèi)的能夠評價產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo),以及包括影響力系數(shù)、感應(yīng)度系數(shù)、完全消耗系數(shù)、完全分配系數(shù)等在內(nèi)的評價產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)狀況的相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了研究,主要研究方法為投入產(chǎn)出法。 最后,本文依據(jù)總部經(jīng)濟(jì)特征產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)狀況的研究結(jié)果,繪制了能夠描繪總部經(jīng)濟(jì)特征產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動北京經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要路徑圖,嘗試性地解釋了總部經(jīng)濟(jì)是如何帶動北京經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的這一問題,并對北京總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:The concepts related to the headquarters economy can be traced back to the 1990 s. Later, some scholars realized that the production or management activities of enterprises generally occurred in cities, and the concept of "headquarters city" came into being. Zhao Hong, vice president of Beijing Academy of Social Sciences, put forward the concept of "headquarter economy" and related theories for the first time in China. Since then, more and more scholars have paid attention to this concept. Headquarters economy provides guidance for the upgrading of industrial structure and functional transformation of central cities, and gradually becomes a hot spot of urban development. This paper mainly includes the following parts: firstly, this paper puts forward the concept of headquarters economic characteristic industry on the basis of previous research, after combing the headquarters economic characteristics systematically, it clearly transmits the information. Computer services and software industry, financial industry, research and experimental development industry as Beijing headquarters economic characteristics industry, and stated the reasons. Secondly, this paper deals with the basic situation of industrial development of Beijing headquarters economic characteristic industries, including industrial income, profit margin, unit number, number of employees, and so on, including initial input structure, intermediate input rate, etc. The intermediate use structure, the final use structure, the intermediate demand rate and so on can evaluate the industrial structure index, as well as including the influence coefficient, the sensitivity coefficient, the complete consumption coefficient, This paper studies the related indexes of evaluating the industrial association, including the complete distribution coefficient, etc. The main research method is the input-output method. Finally, according to the research results of the related situation of headquarters economic characteristic industry, this paper draws the main path map which can describe the headquarter economic characteristic industry driving Beijing's economic development. This paper tries to explain how the headquarter economy drives the development of Beijing's economy, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of Beijing's headquarter economy.
