專利視角下京津冀機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)作為京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要領(lǐng)域之一,提升其發(fā)展水平對于推動京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)智能化具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。從專利分析入手,對京津冀機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研判:(1)京津冀機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)進(jìn)入"快車道";(2)京津冀機(jī)器人技術(shù)主要集中在高校,企業(yè)占比明顯不足;(3)京津冀機(jī)器人技術(shù)構(gòu)成既具有相似性,又存在不均衡、不對稱現(xiàn)象;(4)京津冀機(jī)器人技術(shù)合作外溢明顯大于京津冀區(qū)域技術(shù)內(nèi)合作吸收;(5)北京市機(jī)器人技術(shù)成熟、發(fā)展穩(wěn)定,天津市和河北省的機(jī)器人技術(shù)發(fā)展更加多元。并從京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的角度,在政策設(shè)計、成果轉(zhuǎn)化、區(qū)域聯(lián)動和區(qū)域競爭力塑造等方面提出機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Robot industry is one of the important fields in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry. It is of far-reaching significance to promote the intelligent development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry. Starting with patent analysis, this paper studies and judges the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei robot industry: (1) the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei robot industry has entered the "fast lane"; (2) the technology of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei robot is mainly concentrated in colleges and universities. (3) the composition of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei robot technology is not only similar, but also unbalanced. Asymmetry phenomenon; (4) the spillover of cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is obviously larger than that in the region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei; (5) the robot technology in Beijing is mature and stable, and the development of robot technology in Tianjin and Hebei is more diversified. From the perspective of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of robot industry are put forward in the aspects of policy design, achievement transformation, regional linkage and regional competitiveness molding.
