【摘要】：順義臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是我國(guó)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最為成熟的地區(qū)之一,在經(jīng)過(guò)20多年的高速發(fā)展之后,其發(fā)展速度逐漸放緩并慢慢陷入瓶頸,臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)亟需進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。作為全球高端要素配置平臺(tái),國(guó)際要素流動(dòng)將會(huì)直接或間接的對(duì)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極影響,因此深入分析生產(chǎn)要素全球流動(dòng)對(duì)臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的影響機(jī)制,能夠更好地為推動(dòng)順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供發(fā)展思路。首先,從理論角度分析了生產(chǎn)要素全球流動(dòng)對(duì)臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的影響機(jī)制;其次,對(duì)順義臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,明確順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和必要性。然后,在理論分析和現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,從臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)高效化、區(qū)域發(fā)展合理化和機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展繁榮化三個(gè)層面構(gòu)建了臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)系升級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并利用熵值法對(duì)順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)水平進(jìn)行定量測(cè)定。通過(guò)運(yùn)用多元回歸分析、VAR模型、脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)、方差分解、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)以及Granger因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)等方法,定量分析資金流、人流和物流等三種常見(jiàn)的要素國(guó)際流動(dòng)形式對(duì)順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)影響效果。研究結(jié)果表明:在中長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)國(guó)際要素流入對(duì)順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)產(chǎn)生了積極影響,但順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)卻沒(méi)有對(duì)國(guó)際要素流入產(chǎn)生積極影響,說(shuō)明順義臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)吸引國(guó)際要素流入的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)正在減弱。最后,針對(duì)研究結(jié)果,為推動(dòng)順義臨空產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提出了相應(yīng)的建議措施。
[Abstract]:Shunyi Airfront Economic Zone is one of the most mature regions in China. After more than 20 years of rapid development, the development of Shunyi Airfront Economic Zone has gradually slowed down and gradually fell into a bottleneck. As the global high-end factor allocation platform, international factor flow will directly or indirectly have a positive impact on the development of the air-front economy. Therefore, the impact mechanism of the global flow of production factors on the transformation and upgrading of the air-front industry will be deeply analyzed. Can better promote Shunyi Linqi industry transformation and upgrading to provide development ideas. First of all, it analyzes the influence mechanism of global flow of production factors on the transformation and upgrading of air-front industry from a theoretical point of view; secondly, it analyzes the present situation and problems of Shunyi's economic development. Clear Shunyi air industry transformation and upgrading of the realistic basis and necessity. Then, on the basis of theoretical analysis and summary of present situation, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of upgrading and upgrading of airport industry from three aspects: high efficiency of economy, rationalization of regional development and prosperity of airport development. The entropy method is used to measure quantitatively the level of industrial transformation and upgrading in Shunyi. By means of multiple regression analysis, VAR model, impulse response function, variance decomposition, cointegration test and Granger causality test, capital flow is quantitatively analyzed. The effect of international flow of people and logistics on the transformation and upgrading of Shunyi air-front industry. The results show that the inflow of international factors has a positive impact on the transformation and upgrading of Shunyi's air front industry in the medium and long term, but the transformation and upgrading of Shunyi's air front industry does not have a positive impact on the inflow of international factors. It shows that the comparative advantage of Shunyi Airport Economic Zone to attract international factors is weakening. Finally, in view of the research results, the corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the transformation and upgrading of Shunyi air-front industry.
