【摘要】：正2010年以來,隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)向中高端邁進(jìn),為支持培育發(fā)展新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài),適應(yīng)和滿足其用地需求,大量的產(chǎn)業(yè)用地政策陸續(xù)出臺。筆者擬對相關(guān)的用地政策進(jìn)行梳理,以期更好地用于實踐中。新增用地保障優(yōu)先發(fā)展加大了用地保障力度。保障范圍不封口。隨著創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的加快實施,對不斷涌現(xiàn)的新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài),不僅要重點保障當(dāng)前國家鼓勵發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、"中國制造2025""互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"等新產(chǎn)業(yè)用地,而且各地也可結(jié)合地方
[Abstract]:Since 2010 a large number of industrial land use policies have been issued to support the cultivation and development of new industries and to meet the demand for land use in order to support the cultivation and development of new industries. The author intends to sort out the relevant land use policies in order to better use them in practice. New land security priority development increased the strength of land security. The scope of protection is not sealed. With the accelerated implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, the emerging new industries and new forms of business should not only focus on safeguarding the strategic emerging industries encouraged by the current state, such as "made in China 2025", "Internet" and other new industrial sites. And places can be combined.
