【摘要】：知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移障礙存在于產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟這一新型組織中,它破壞組織健康發(fā)展,造成聯(lián)盟成員不愿展開(kāi)合作,導(dǎo)致成員自主創(chuàng)新能力低下,這影響聯(lián)盟的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。通過(guò)正確的方式找出阻礙組織中知識(shí)順利進(jìn)行傳播的問(wèn)題所在才能確保產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟健康運(yùn)行。本文在探討知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移障礙成因的同時(shí),結(jié)合聯(lián)盟多方參與者對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移障礙的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行有機(jī)分類,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)的資金扶持不足、研發(fā)需求導(dǎo)向不明確會(huì)給知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移帶來(lái)障礙,同時(shí),高校及科研機(jī)構(gòu)若不能給企業(yè)提供豐富的知識(shí)創(chuàng)新成果亦會(huì)給聯(lián)盟帶來(lái)消極影響。產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移可以視為一個(gè)大而不亂的系統(tǒng)。劃分知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的鏈條,得出層層鏈條疊加、知識(shí)位差、經(jīng)濟(jì)利益與市場(chǎng)供需狀況為知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移權(quán)變影響因素。煤炭開(kāi)發(fā)利用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟是業(yè)內(nèi)最具代表性的聯(lián)盟組織,它發(fā)展穩(wěn)健,成果豐富,引用此聯(lián)盟為案例研究知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移障礙能夠突出找到障礙根源。要想消除聯(lián)盟面臨的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移障礙,需要在提高轉(zhuǎn)移效率的同時(shí)增加參與者展開(kāi)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的意愿與能力,亦要聯(lián)盟整體加強(qiáng)信任機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,通過(guò)增強(qiáng)約束力來(lái)對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)定。
[Abstract]:The obstacle of knowledge transfer exists in the industrial technological innovation alliance, which destroys the healthy development of the organization, makes the alliance members unwilling to cooperate, and leads to the low ability of independent innovation of the members, which affects the long-term stability and development of the alliance. In order to ensure the healthy operation of the industrial technological innovation alliance, we can find out the problems that hinder the smooth dissemination of knowledge in the organization in the right way. This paper discusses the causes of obstacles to knowledge transfer, combines with the alliance of multiple participants in the formation of knowledge transfer barriers organically classified, found that enterprises to universities and scientific research institutions of the lack of financial support, The lack of clear demand orientation of R & D will bring obstacles to knowledge transfer, at the same time, universities and scientific research institutions can not provide enterprises with rich knowledge innovation results will also have a negative impact on the alliance. Knowledge transfer in industrial technological innovation alliance can be regarded as a large and not chaotic system. By dividing the chain of knowledge transfer, it is concluded that the superposition of knowledge chain, the difference of knowledge level, the economic benefit and the situation of market supply and demand are the influential factors of knowledge transfer contingency. The strategic alliance for technological innovation in coal development and utilization is the most representative alliance organization in the industry. It has a steady development and rich results. Citing this alliance as a case study, the obstacles to knowledge transfer can be highlighted to find out the root cause of the obstacles. In order to eliminate the barriers to knowledge transfer faced by the alliance, it is necessary to increase the willingness and ability of participants to carry out knowledge transfer activities while improving the efficiency of transfer, and to strengthen the construction of trust mechanism in the alliance as a whole. The effect of knowledge transfer is evaluated objectively by enhancing the binding force.
