【摘要】：為推動(dòng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)和運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法等研究方法,從健康中國戰(zhàn)略和共享發(fā)展成果改善民生的角度出發(fā),闡述運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)推動(dòng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)國民健康、提高人民生活質(zhì)量的重要性和必要性;從供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革視角,基于運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)要素進(jìn)行分析;對(duì)德國等國外運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家進(jìn)行案例分析,歸納總結(jié)出其值得我國運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)借鑒和學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,提出我國運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的實(shí)施對(duì)策和路徑:進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大學(xué)歷教育和繼續(xù)教育培養(yǎng)規(guī)模,建立和完善運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)體系;進(jìn)一步拓寬健康服務(wù)業(yè)優(yōu)惠政策的惠及面,降低稅費(fèi),建立運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)產(chǎn)業(yè)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和職業(yè)認(rèn)定體系;發(fā)揮市場和政府的資源配置作用,完善和創(chuàng)新融資機(jī)制;實(shí)現(xiàn)祖國傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)技術(shù)相融合,建立中國特色運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)技術(shù)體系。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of sports industry and sports rehabilitation industry, this paper, from the perspective of healthy Chinese strategy and sharing development achievements to improve the people's livelihood, by using the methods of literature and interview, expounds that sports rehabilitation industry can promote the development of sports industry. From the perspective of supply-side structural reform, based on the current situation of sports rehabilitation industry, the factors of production structure on the supply-side of sports rehabilitation industry are analyzed. This paper makes a case study on the developed countries of sports rehabilitation industry, such as Germany, sums up the practical experience which is worthy of our country's sports rehabilitation industry for reference and learning, and combines the actual situation of sports rehabilitation industry in our country. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and ways to implement the supply-side structural reform of sports rehabilitation industry in China: further expanding the scale of academic education and continuing education and establishing and perfecting the training system of professional and technical personnel in sports rehabilitation industry; Further widening the benefits of preferential policies of health service industry, reducing taxes and fees, establishing sports rehabilitation industry associations and professional recognition system, giving full play to the role of market and government in resource allocation, perfecting and innovating the financing mechanism; To realize the integration of traditional sports rehabilitation technology and modern sports rehabilitation technology, and to establish the system of sports rehabilitation technology with Chinese characteristics.
