【摘要】：南繁已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略。海南省作為南繁的屬地,不僅要兼顧國家利益和其他南繁省、市、區(qū)的利益,還要謀劃本省的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整。經(jīng)過熟悉南繁產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和識(shí)別南繁產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出了南繁產(chǎn)業(yè)化原則和設(shè)計(jì)了南繁產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略路徑,重點(diǎn)建設(shè)國家種業(yè)體制改革試驗(yàn)區(qū),培育全國性公共科研育種平臺(tái)、國際性種業(yè)貿(mào)易平臺(tái),最終將南繁基地打造成面向國際的"中國種業(yè)科技城"。
[Abstract]:Nanfan has become a national strategy. Hainan Province, as a southern complex territory, should not only take into account the national interests and the interests of other southern provinces, cities and districts, but also plan the optimization and adjustment of the province's economic structure. After being familiar with the present situation of Nanfan industry and identifying the developing trend of Nanfan industry, the paper puts forward the principles of Nanfan industrialization, designs the strategic path of Nanfan industry development, and focuses on the construction of national seed industry system reform experimental area. Cultivate national public research and breeding platform, international seed trade platform, and finally build Nanfan base into an international "China seed industry science and technology city".
