【摘要】：復雜網(wǎng)絡理論為集群升級研究提供了新的視角。在浙江黃巖模具產業(yè)集群、舟山船舶產業(yè)集群、寧波服裝產業(yè)集群這三種類型的案例中,可以看出其集群成因不同,集群中企業(yè)的關系不同,升級行為也不同。對這三種類型集群網(wǎng)絡中的焦點企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導集群升級過程進行動態(tài)仿真研究的結果表明,對于不同的網(wǎng)絡需要采用不同的產業(yè)集群升級激勵保障策略。市場型集群網(wǎng)絡需要鼓勵各節(jié)點做大做強,積極培育焦點企業(yè),發(fā)揮焦點企業(yè)示范帶動作用。對中衛(wèi)型集群網(wǎng)絡,應該注意焦點企業(yè)和非焦點企業(yè)的協(xié)調發(fā)展;提高網(wǎng)絡開放度,減少集群風險,使網(wǎng)絡在升級過程中實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。對于混合型集群網(wǎng)絡,則要謀求焦點企業(yè)和非焦點企業(yè)共同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The complex network theory provides a new visual angle for the research of cluster upgrade . In the case of three types of industrial cluster , Zhoushan ship industry cluster and Ningbo garment industry cluster , it can be seen that the cluster genesis is different , the relationship between enterprises in the cluster is different , and the upgrade behavior is different .
