【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化是傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的有效途徑,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)更是建立現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的重要所在,是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增收的有效環(huán)節(jié)。加快清流縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展,有利于促進(jìn)清流農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)向現(xiàn)代化、集約化方向發(fā)展。本文以前人研究為基礎(chǔ),把清流豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究的對(duì)象,探討了清流豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展中存在的問題及今后發(fā)展方向。論文采用SWOT分析法、案例分析法、文獻(xiàn)法等方法對(duì)清流縣豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與產(chǎn)業(yè)分布情況進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而探討清流縣豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)及生態(tài)效益,及其具備的優(yōu)勢、劣勢和挑戰(zhàn)等因素,從而獲得清流縣豆腐皮的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇依次為SO戰(zhàn)略,wO戰(zhàn)略,ST戰(zhàn)略,WT戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí),通過對(duì)國外農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展成功案例的研究,總結(jié)出了要加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的宏觀調(diào)控,堅(jiān)持農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展道路,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)科技的支撐力度,積極推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,優(yōu)化農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),為清流豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)化的建設(shè)與發(fā)展提供了借鑒。最后,在對(duì)清流豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀全面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出清流豆腐皮產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議：加強(qiáng)組織引導(dǎo),整合品牌；加強(qiáng)科技支撐；建立健全土地流轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)制；加大財(cái)政支持力度,建立多元化的投入機(jī)制；健全運(yùn)行機(jī)制,積極發(fā)揮引導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Agricultural industrialization is an effective way for the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. The processing industry of agricultural products is an important part of establishing modern agriculture and an effective link to increase farmers' income. Speeding up the development of agricultural industrialization in Qingliu County is conducive to the sustainable modernization and intensive development of Qingliu agriculture. On the basis of previous studies, this paper takes the pure flow tofu skin industry as the object of study, and discusses the problems existing in the industrialization development of the clear flow tofu skin and the development direction in the future. The present situation and distribution of tofu skin industry in Qingliu County were studied by SWOT method, case analysis method and literature method, and the economic, social and ecological benefits of tofu skin industry in Qingliu County were discussed. And its advantages, disadvantages and challenges, so as to obtain the strategic choice of the industrialization development of bean curd skin in Qingliu County in order of so strategy, wo strategy and St strategy and WT strategy. At the same time, by studying the successful cases of the development of agricultural industrialization abroad, it is concluded that the macro-control of agricultural industrialization should be strengthened, the development road of agricultural industrialization should be adhered to, the modernization of agriculture should be realized, and the support of agricultural science and technology should be strengthened. The valuable experience of promoting agricultural industry standardization and optimizing the quality of agricultural products provides a reference for the construction and development of the industrialization of clear flow tofu skin. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the development of the pure tofu skin industry, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the pure tofu skin industry: strengthening the organization and guiding, integrating the brand, strengthening the support of science and technology, establishing and perfecting the land circulation mechanism; Increase financial support, establish a diversified investment mechanism, improve the operational mechanism, and actively play a leading role.
