非正式環(huán)境規(guī)制下產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同集聚的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整效應(yīng)——基于Fama-Macbeth與GMM模型的實證檢驗

【摘要】:選取2008~2014年中國30個省份的工業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)造了可用于測度中國產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平的γsj指數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上利用Fama-Macbeth估計法及GMM估計法,就產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同集聚能否成為一個有效的倒逼手段驅(qū)動結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整進行了討論。面板回歸和門檻檢驗結(jié)果表明,非正式環(huán)境規(guī)制下的產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同集聚會驅(qū)動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨向合理化,產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同集聚具有較為顯著的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整效應(yīng),但存在門檻特征。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,政府在對企業(yè)集聚行為進行事先干預(yù)時,應(yīng)充分考慮非正式環(huán)境規(guī)制的"屏障"作用,利用這道"屏障"發(fā)揮好產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同集聚的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the industrial data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2014, the 緯 SJ index which can be used to measure the level of industrial agglomeration in China is constructed. On this basis, the Fama-Macbeth estimation method and the GMM estimation method are used to measure the level of industrial agglomeration in China. This paper discusses whether industrial cooperative agglomeration can become an effective backward forcing means to drive structural adjustment. The results of panel regression and threshold test show that the industrial cooperative agglomeration under informal environment will drive the rationalization of industrial structure, and the industrial cooperative agglomeration has significant structural adjustment effect, but there are threshold characteristics. According to the conclusion of the research, the government should fully consider the "barrier" function of informal environmental regulation when intervening in the agglomeration behavior of enterprises in advance, and make use of this "barrier" to exert the structural adjustment effect of industrial agglomeration.
