【摘要】：對國內(nèi)外的技術(shù)預(yù)測(預(yù)見)研究和實踐現(xiàn)狀及趨勢進行概括和述評,并對產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)預(yù)測(預(yù)見)研究和實踐情況進行簡要概括;根據(jù)這些論述及判斷,基于多源信息融合分析、技術(shù)預(yù)測模型構(gòu)建、技術(shù)預(yù)測機制建立3個遞進模塊,設(shè)計出戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)預(yù)測機制,并對設(shè)計思路、設(shè)計框架和實現(xiàn)方法進行了詳細闡述。
[Abstract]:The present situation and trend of technology prediction (foresight) research and practice at home and abroad are summarized and reviewed, and the research and practice of industry technology prediction (foresight) are briefly summarized. Based on the analysis of multi-source information, the construction of technology prediction model and the establishment of three progressive modules of technology prediction mechanism, the technology prediction mechanism of strategic emerging industry is designed, and the design idea, design framework and implementation method are described in detail.
