【摘要】：隨著信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展及信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)民生活中地位的提升,集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)防建設(shè)、國(guó)家信息安全等方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的戰(zhàn)略作用,已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)整體實(shí)力的綜合性指標(biāo)。近年來,伴隨著國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)不斷得到釋放,中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,但是在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也面臨著投資不足、結(jié)構(gòu)不完善、國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足等挑戰(zhàn),在這一背景下對(duì)中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平的研究對(duì)于提升我國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,優(yōu)化完善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在寫作過程中以產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論作為理論基礎(chǔ),以計(jì)量軟件SPSS19.0以及Eviews5.0作為統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具,利用實(shí)證分析的方法對(duì)中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與其產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,從產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論的角度驗(yàn)證集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于提高其產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平的影響。在對(duì)以往學(xué)者的分析研究方法總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文采用定量和定性相結(jié)合的分析方法進(jìn)行分析。首先,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)集中度的測(cè)算指標(biāo)和方法,計(jì)算集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)集中度及市場(chǎng)規(guī)模;結(jié)合集成電路的行業(yè)特征及發(fā)展路徑,以產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論為基礎(chǔ)分析其行業(yè)壁壘特征及產(chǎn)品差異化特征。其次,運(yùn)用因子分析方法從償債能力、收益能力、運(yùn)營(yíng)能力以及成長(zhǎng)能力等四個(gè)角度對(duì)中國(guó)集成電路的市場(chǎng)績(jī)效水平進(jìn)行量化分析。再次,對(duì)中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平與市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系進(jìn)行建模,并利用計(jì)量軟件Eviews5.0作為分析工具對(duì)它們之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。從實(shí)證分析結(jié)果可以看出,中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)支持傳統(tǒng)的市場(chǎng)力量假說,集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)集中度的提高可以帶動(dòng)其產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平的提升。最后結(jié)合實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,得出本文的研究結(jié)論,以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)而對(duì)我國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出改善集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與提高市場(chǎng)績(jī)效水平的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織政策和其他建議。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于利用國(guó)內(nèi)最新的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析;其次,采用因子分析方法和旋轉(zhuǎn)因子載荷矩陣分析方法,建立模型對(duì)中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效水平進(jìn)行評(píng)估;第三,驗(yàn)證了“市場(chǎng)力量假說”和“效率結(jié)構(gòu)假說”在中國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的應(yīng)用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the information industry and the promotion of the status of the information industry in the national life, the integrated circuit industry plays a more and more important strategic role in the national defense construction, the national information security and so on. It has become a comprehensive index to measure the overall strength of a country or region. In recent years, with the release of the domestic consumer market, the scale of China's integrated circuit industry has been expanding, but the rapid development of China's integrated circuit industry is also facing insufficient investment and imperfect structure. Under this background, the research on the market structure and industrial performance level of China's integrated circuit industry will improve the international competitiveness of China's integrated circuit industry. Optimizing and perfecting the industrial structure is of great practical significance. In the process of writing, this paper takes the theory of industrial organization as the theoretical basis and the econometric software SPSS19.0 and Eviews5.0 as the statistical analysis tools. The relationship between the market structure of China's integrated circuit industry and its industrial performance level is verified by the method of empirical analysis, and the influence of the market structure of integrated circuit industry on the improvement of its industrial performance level is verified from the perspective of industrial organization theory. On the basis of summing up the previous research methods, this paper adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to analyze. First of all, according to the index and method of market concentration, we calculate the market concentration and market scale of integrated circuit industry, combined with the industry characteristics and development path of integrated circuit. Based on the theory of industrial organization, the characteristics of trade barriers and product differentiation are analyzed. Secondly, the market performance level of integrated circuit in China is analyzed quantitatively from four aspects: solvency, profitability, operation ability and growth ability by using factor analysis method. Thirdly, the relationship between performance level and market structure of Chinese IC industry is modeled, and the relationship between them is empirically analyzed by using the econometric software Eviews5.0 as an analysis tool. From the results of empirical analysis, it can be seen that the Chinese IC industry supports the traditional market power hypothesis, and the improvement of the market concentration of the integrated circuit industry can lead to the improvement of its industrial performance level. Finally, combined with the results of empirical analysis, this paper draws the conclusion of the research, and then summarizes the overall structural characteristics of the integrated circuit industry in China. The industrial organization policy and other suggestions to improve the market structure and market performance of integrated circuit industry are put forward. The innovation of this paper is to use the latest domestic data to analyze the current situation of the market structure of China's IC industry. Secondly, factor analysis method and rotational factor load matrix analysis method are used. The model is established to evaluate the performance level of China's integrated circuit industry. Thirdly, the application of the market power hypothesis and the efficiency structure hypothesis in China's integrated circuit industry is verified.
