【摘要】：玉米是重要的糧食?飼料?經(jīng)濟(jì)作物,是人類(lèi)生存和發(fā)展的必需品。隨著玉米新品種的不斷的更新、選育、推廣,玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)成為張掖地區(qū)重要的農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)。研究張掖地區(qū)玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)促進(jìn)張掖地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,具有重要的意義。本文在產(chǎn)業(yè)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)文章進(jìn)行分析,文中主要運(yùn)用了三個(gè)比較經(jīng)典的經(jīng)濟(jì)模型展開(kāi)研究,其中包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)比較理論模型,產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論,產(chǎn)業(yè)布局理論。目的是對(duì)張掖市玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行介紹,并做玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的SWOT分析,找尋玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)目前運(yùn)作出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及原因。分析張掖市玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,SWOT分析的主要結(jié)論是:玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)已成規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)流程成熟、加工業(yè)發(fā)展、國(guó)家對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)稅的減免等惠農(nóng)政策,這些都是張掖地區(qū)玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件;玉米新品種存在隱患、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力不足、玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合管理能力較弱這些是張掖地區(qū)玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的劣勢(shì);玉米消費(fèi)的多樣性、玉米能源開(kāi)發(fā)價(jià)值的增長(zhǎng)、玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的新需求等都是張掖地區(qū)玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì);玉米加工企業(yè)給當(dāng)?shù)卦斐闪谁h(huán)境污染,同時(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)的糧食安全隱患是張掖市玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的威脅。本文在上述理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以張掖市玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為主線,對(duì)玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析、比較,歸納和整理了玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題,從多個(gè)方面來(lái)提出合理的對(duì)策,希望能為張掖市玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一些有效可行的辦法和能具有科學(xué)參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Corn is an important food? Feed? Cash crops are a necessity for human survival and development. With the continuous renewal, breeding and popularization of new maize varieties, maize industry has become an important agricultural basic industry in Zhangye region. It is of great significance to study the development of maize industry in Zhangye area and promote the further development of agriculture in Zhangye area. On the basis of industry theory, this paper analyzes the article, mainly using three more classical economic models, including competitive advantage comparison theory model, industrial organization theory, industrial layout theory. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the present situation and trend of maize industry in Zhangye city, and to analyze the SWOT of maize industry, and to find out the problems and causes of maize industry operation at present. The main conclusions of SWOT analysis on maize industry development in Zhangye city are as follows: maize production has become large-scale, industrial process is mature, processing industry is developing, and national agricultural tax reduction and reduction are favorable agricultural policies. These are the advantageous conditions for the development of maize industry in Zhangye region; the hidden dangers of new varieties of maize, the insufficiency of industrial innovation ability and the weak comprehensive management ability of maize industry are the disadvantages of the development of maize industry in Zhangye region; the diversity of corn consumption. The growth of the value of corn energy development and the new demand of the corn industry are all opportunities for the development of the maize industry in Zhangye region. Corn processing enterprises have caused local environmental pollution. At the same time, the potential food security brought by industry is a threat to the development of maize industry in Zhangye City. On the basis of the above theory, taking the sustainable development of maize industry in Zhangye city as the main line, this paper makes a detailed analysis, compares, summarizes and sorts out some problems in the development of maize industry. Reasonable countermeasures are put forward from many aspects, hoping to provide some effective and feasible methods and scientific reference value for the development of maize industry in Zhangye city.
