【摘要】：黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)是高附加值特色產(chǎn)業(yè),具有成本低、周期短、營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值高等等特點(diǎn),享譽(yù)國(guó)內(nèi)外。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平的不斷提高,綠色健康的食品—黑木耳備受國(guó)內(nèi)外的喜愛(ài),市場(chǎng)的需求不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大,黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)前景非常的廣闊。大力發(fā)展黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,可以有效的調(diào)整農(nóng)村的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提升當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)水準(zhǔn),增加農(nóng)民的收入,提高人民的生活水平,為擴(kuò)展農(nóng)民發(fā)家致富,實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)�，F(xiàn)在黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為特色區(qū)域農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè),是農(nóng)村創(chuàng)收的新亮點(diǎn),其近年來(lái)的快速發(fā)展大大地提升了區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力。但是在現(xiàn)階段的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在著很多制約產(chǎn)業(yè)繼續(xù)快速發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,如:菌種的監(jiān)管力度不強(qiáng),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不規(guī)范,技術(shù)不標(biāo)準(zhǔn),科技創(chuàng)新薄弱,缺乏資金技術(shù)的支持等等,本文通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪調(diào)研及深入種植區(qū)了解,分析了黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)及前景,提出了有利于安圖縣黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,如:產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展、技術(shù)推廣與創(chuàng)新、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等,為當(dāng)安圖縣黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Auricularia auricula industry is a high value-added industry with low cost, short cycle, high nutritional value and so on. With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the green healthy food-Auricularia auricularia is popular at home and abroad, the market demand is expanding constantly, the market prospect of Auricularia auricularia industry is very broad. By vigorously developing the black fungus industry, we can effectively adjust the industrial structure of the rural areas, raise the local economic standard, increase the peasants' income, raise the people's living standards, and make their families rich for the expansion of farmers. The realization of a well-off society laid the foundation. Now the development of Auricularia auricularia industry has become the pillar industry of rural economic growth in characteristic region, and it is a new bright spot of rural income generation. The rapid development of Auricularia auricularia industry in recent years has greatly enhanced the regional economic strength. However, in the current industrial development, there are many problems that restrict the rapid development of the industry. For example, the supervision of bacteria species is not strong, the market competition is not standardized, the technology is not standard, the scientific and technological innovation is weak, the funds and technologies are lacking, and so on. In this paper, the problems existing in the development of Auricularia auricula industry and its development foundation and prospect are analyzed through field investigation and deep understanding in the planting area, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in favor of the development of Auricularia auricula industry in Antu County. For example, industrial cluster development, technology promotion and innovation, adjustment of industrial structure and so on, provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of Auricularia auricula industry in Antu County.
